Situated in a popular area with stunning views of Swanage Bay, Ballard Down, "Old Harry Rocks", Bournemouth & Isle of Wight. These apartments are in the perfect location to explore this delightful town & picturesque surrounding Jurassic coastline. Ideally situated close to safe sandy beaches, south west coastal path, Victorian Pier & Swanage Steam Railway. Corfe Castle, Studland beach, Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island, Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove are only a short drive away. For a unique day out take the "Purbeck Breezer" open top double-decker bus to Bournemouth, via the "Bramble Bush" chain ferry..

Duvets, mattress protectors, pillows & bathmats are provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN & TOWELS. We offer a "quality" linen service which includes all bedding & towels at a cost of £15 per person per week or part thereof (Bring Your Own Beach Towels). This can be arranged at the time of your booking or no later than two weeks prior to your stay... Unallocated,unrestricted parking is available at the front of the building this operates on a first come first served basis.There is also a pay & display car park 100 mtrs away. Swanage town council offer a weekly permit (approximate cost £33) which can be purchased upon your arrival at the ticket machine by debit or credit card, & is transferable to all their long stay car parks in the town. (we strongly recommend this option in peak season). Unrestricted, on street parking is 300 metres away... Apartments are cleaned to a very high standard on change over days.

On first arriving we were a little unsure as the initial entrance through the building looked a bit tired and in need of updating, however on entering the section where the apartment is I was then really pleased. The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped with washer, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large screen TV. The flat is light and airy with fantastic views over the harbour and is of a very high standard. We had a fantastic week and this is an excellent base in the town. Although supplied with a parking permit in reality the chance of parking outside is very slim, however there is a large car park just around the corner where a weekly pass is 33.00. Highly recommended.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a cosy bed. Waking up to the sound of the waves is the plus.
Having never visited Swanage before we were delighted both with the apartment and its location. Situated right opposite the sea front we had easy access to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment was modern and provided everything we needed for a weeks stay. Swanage is well connected to all the areas along the Jurassic coast with so much to see and with beautiful walks. We will definitely return.
We've been staying in apartments owned by Phil and Carole for many years and they all have the same characteristics......Modern, Clean and full of facilities and The Peveril is no exception.
You can see what's included in the detailed description, but the un-written shouldn't be underestimated......e.g. various lighting options, a high power shower, reliable WiFi, plenty of cushions and pillows, blinds as well as curtains......and the inclusion of a sizable dishwasher makes holiday life a lot easier.
Our stay this time was just a week, with another week coming up in June, however, last year we had a 5 week break in Peveril and the washing machine and large fridge freezer helped make it a 'home from home....even Tesco managed to find us with a grocery delivery.
The permit to park out front is a help, but like all residents you have to compete for a space, so if you don't have to move it...don't.
The apartment is located close to town, the beach, the Pier, restaurants and cafes.
We love Swanage and we love the apartment....
Right on the coastal path, a perfect location to head north to Studland Bay and west to Durlston Castle with the town also on your doorstep.
Apartment itself was modern, warm and great views out to sea. Access really convenient with the friendly owners sending the key (and a small bag of sweets!!!) in advance - handy for a late arrival on the Friday from Lodon.
Free parking out front if available, though we needed to go 2 mins up the road (also free) on one occasion, but that was no hassle.
This apartment is a little gem. Everything wonderful about swanage is there on the doorstep!! Wonderful views from the living area and bedroom through large bay windows. The property is modern and tastefully finished with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for small families or couples. I am sure the apartment next door is just as lovely, ideal for two families on holiday together! Thank you to the owners for providing us with such lovely accommodation!
