Welcome to our Cottage ! The cottage has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family or business guests. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds with en Suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the first floor features a double bed and access to the family bathroom across a small landing. The Cottage is a detached building within a large garden, 1.1 miles down a country lane. It is gas centrally heated, with modern amenities and independent private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Situated off a quiet country lane, the location is close to Kenilworth and convenient for the N.E.C., Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds. The M40, M6, or M42 are easily accessed and Birmingham, Coventry or Solihull are nearby.
About the Owner
We live next door to The Stables and have owned the property for 5 years. We have two boys, 7 & 10 years old and are happy for visitors to use the large garden.
We would consider ourselves to be friendly and helpful and will try and be accommodating as possible to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible; we want you to come back next year!
There has been such fantastic feed-back from previous guests who have ranged people on business at the NEC to Chinese engineers working locally, families needing to get away whilst building work is completed or people looking for a holiday in beautiful Warwickshire.

“The cottage is set in beautiful countryside with fantastic walking opportunities from the doorstep, whilst within easy reach of Kenilworth. It is approximately 25 minutes walk to Kenilworth Castle across the fields or a five minute car journey. The castle is adjacent to the old part of Kenilworth which boasts a tea shop, fine dining restaurants or relaxed pubs. Other tourist destinations nearby include Warwick, (with its own magnificent castle), Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa. The Cotswolds are also within driving distance. There are a number of national trust properties nearby, in Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Coventry is 5 miles away and Birmingham is only 18 miles away (NEC 12 miles away).”
