About the property

3 bed/bath apartment set in sub tropical gardens with direct access to pool

Situated in a traditional Spanish complex called Aldea Blanca, (The White Village) you will enjoy a perfect location in an exclusive area of Nueva Andalucía. The quiet but central location, set in beautiful mature sub-tropical gardens, has a choice of four swimming pools all in an Andalusian style complex. Aldea Blanca is a gated development with an on site management office and 24 hour security.

This large 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in a high quality, well managed community boasts marble floors giving a cool environment in all rooms. With a swimming pool within 5 metres and a further large pool 1 minute away.

You will be located just a 10 minute walk to Puerto Banus harbour and beaches and close to local amenities including restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment has been fully furnished to a high spec for your comfort and enjoyment, with three bathrooms, modern kitchen, air conditioning, an uncovered terrace coming off the lounge overlooking the swimming pool, with a gas BBQ and dining table on the separate covered terrace which is also accessed from the lounge. Parking is available a short distance from the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Each bedroom is spacious and has its own ensuite with shower (1 has a bath too) and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

There is a travel cot and stroller pushchair available in the apartment. Wifi is also inlcuded.

The modern kitchen has all appliances you need for a relaxing stay including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine.

Notes on accommodation: TV does have English channels Outside: Complex consists of 4 good size pools, with one being in full view of the terrace and just 5 meters away from the apartment. Pools and gardens are shared with other residents and visitors to the complex, so please respect this at all times. Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential; it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants plus cashpoints, and, again, just a short walk to the Hotel Andalucia Plaza and a further street/area where again a great many shops and quality restaurants are to be found. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen will be provided. Beach towels are not provided please bring your own. Charges for departure clean are included, mid-week cleans can be arranged, should you require this. Other: Parking is available within the complex if required, gated security 24hrs

Outstanding spacious apartment in great location

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday with 4 teenagers. The apartment is really spacious, very clean, great aircon & wifi & English TV channels. All 3 bedrooms have own ensuite - great! Opposite lovely pool - like having private pool. Really quiet & safe & yet very close to supermarket, restaurants & Marina. A brilliant holiday, I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

A great apartment great location, lovely pool area and a short stroll to beach and the action.

Apartment is lovely and clean, all the rooms have an en suite and it's very own pool just outside plus a large shared pool also.

The apartment area is nice and quiet where you can chill before going out for the evening.

There is a supermarket and shopping centre nearby , literally a 2 min walk.

The harbour is a 10 min stroll if your looking for a lively night, loads of places to eat.

We went as group of 5 blokes for a work jolly up, and would recommend this place for groups or family's.

A lovely holiday

We spent nearly 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is well situated at 30 minutes (with 3 children age 4-7-8) walking distance from the puerto banus beach area. The apartment is very cool, so we successfully adopted to siesta rythm: after breakfast, the children spent 2-3 hours in the pool (the small pool in front of the terrace was virtually a private pool) , we had a warm lunch, and went to sleep between 2-5 pm. We then had the full evening to go out to all the nice places there are in the area. Especially because of this night program, this holiday was unanimously voted best holiday ever by our family. We had rented a car, but since all facilities are closeby, it would not have been strictly necessary.

Perfect stay in a perfect villa!

6 girls stayed in this villa for a week and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were stunning with a pool as soon as you step onto the balcony and a larger one a 2 min walk away. Shops and restaurants easily accessible from the villa. Peurto banus is within walking distance however we ordered taxis from the main office for a few euros. Alex was extremely helpful when we ran into some trouble loosing our key. So thankyou to him! Overall a perfect stay in a perfect villa and we would most definitely book to stay again. Thankyou!!

La sala restaurant a 10 min walk from the villa is a must! The food is gorgeous!!

5* Will be returning

Apartment is very easy to find, directions were clear and easy to follow, loads of information present in the apartment, local restaurants, shops, useful contacts etc.

Not even 5 min walk to supermarket, less than 10 mins downhill walk to Puerto Banus harbour, a lovely walk. We used taxis back up the hill which was less than 5Euro.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, quiet yet walking distance to everything. Pushchair, highchair and travel cot were a godsend as we travelled with our 7 month old son.

Spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes, spacious lounge / diner with English channels on the easy to use TV. Level access throughout including access to pool.

Weather was late 20s/30 degrees in late April.

Security guard friendly and Alex and Sylvia happy to help with any questions.

One thing to consider - there is a toll road from the airport that cuts 25mins off the coastal route. The toll was 4Euros and well worth it in our opinion.

Looking to go back next year!

Coast/Beach:

Just to the west of Puerto Banus marina, Nueva Andalucia offers a number of trendy beach clubs in a picturesque setting. The beach is only two minutes’ drive away or just a short walk from the apartment. Beaches are clean and offer a friendly family atmosphere for you to enjoy!

There is a wonderful paved walk from Puerto Banus to Marbella following the line of the beach. In the summer you can walk there and boat back after a seafood lunch in Marbella

Travel:

Malaga Airport is located just 45 min away from the apartment, this is the main airport to fly into from many regional European airports.

Car Hire is not essential but we use and recommend Tony's Rentacar which is based at Malaga airport. Car pick up is at the airport exit and drop off is located at the airport entrance, which saves a lot of time. They are very good value and reliable.

Bus and taxi services are available.

Please ask for a map and directions when booking.

Further Details:

The English speaking family on the complex that looks after our apartment is available for any advice or assistance you may require. e.g. babysitting.

A convenience store, open 24 hours, is less than 5 minutes away.

Shopping

Most shops in Spain are open 12 hours a day, seven days a week.

At the Puerto Banus waterfront there is a huge selection of restaurants and designer shops for all, such as Georgio Armani, Jimmy Choo and Louis Vitton.

Every Saturday is market day, one of the largest Saturday Morning markets starts at the Centro Plaza just 5 mins away from apartment and goes right down towards Puerto Banus, starts around 9ish and finishes at 2/3pm.

There are some wonderful walks in the immediate area and there is a fantastic train ride from Saint Roque to Ronda and on a fast ferry you can get from Algescas to Morocco in just over an hour for an African experience.
