This is a 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with balcony overlooking the sea with magnificent views across the bay. Front-line central location. The apartment has been fully refurbished to a high standard. It is in one of the best locations in L'Escala, next to the Old Town with cafes, shops, restaurants etc. The old town beach only 1 minute walk, the beaches of empuries 5 minutes walk, the famous ruins of empuries only 15 minutes walk, and the tiny old village of St Marti which has some lovely restaurants only 30 minutes walk.

Lovely apartment with amazing view great location

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The view was incredible and was even better than it looked in the photos. We sat and watched the panoramic sky change throughout the evenings. Tina was extremely helpful and maintained good contact throughout. We loved the area too which was unspoiled with great beaches and the old town had handy shops and lovely restaurants. We would love to go again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was exactly as described and the English couple who dealt with the letting could not have been more helpful. All communications were quick, clear, honest and helpful. They met us at the apartment, ensured we were settled in and gave us a useful intro to the local area.

The apartment is in the centre, close to a variety of beaches, bars and restaurants. Newly refurbished to a high standard and the views are simply amazing. Perfect for a couple. There are so many places within walking distance you could easily cope without a car once you are there. Having said that we had a car and there were interesting places to visit.
