An exceptional family villa situated in the heart of Broughty Ferry - historic fishing village and conservation area, a short drive from Dundee waterfront & city centre, home of V&A Dundee. Presented over three levels, there are 3 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate a family group of up to 6 people. The master bedroom and living room enjoy views of the harbour towards Broughty Castle and the Tay estuary beyond. Outside space is provided by a balcony off the first floor living room.

Well equipped, central property

Very well equipped, central Broughty Ferry property. Parking on street outside and garage. Nice touches of essentials supplied( dishwasher tablets, tea,coffee, etc) Excellent stay, would recommend.

Broughty Ferry with Babet

We arrive just as storm Babet hit but must say that we felt very secure in the house and heard almost nothing of the high winds and torrential rain. The house was perfect as alway and is so close to everything you would need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lynn.

Broughty Ferry

Lovely clean modern property in a nice quiet area. Enough space for 5 adults. Bonus of an integral garage that we used for outdoor gear and sports equipment. Plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Seafront and Broughty Castle Museum also 5 minutes walk. Easy to get into Dundee City, 10 to 15 minutes by car or public transport. Lynn was good at communicating with us, always promp and answered our questions.

Broughty Ferry is a wonderful holiday location, and the nearby city of Dundee, 'the coolest little city in the world' (Lonely Planet) and county of Angus are under-rated but fast gaining reputation and recognition.

Whatever your interests are, they are sure to be catered for close by, activities, food, sports, family attractions, or art.

Away from busy roads, but conveniently situated to have choices galore for things to do, eating out and shopping.
