About Lynn Davidson

We live locally to the holiday property and acquired it to offer others the type of holiday accommodation we feel was missing from our fantastic local area, and Broughty Ferry in particular.

Lynn Davidson purchased this villa in 2013

Why Lynn Davidson chose Dundee

Broughty Ferry is a wonderful holiday location, and the nearby city of Dundee and county of Angus are under-rated but fast gaining reputation and recognition.

Whatever your interests are, they are sure to be catered for close by, activities, food, sports, family attractions, or art.

Away from busy roads, but conveniently situated to have choices galore for things to do, eating out and shopping.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We have just finished our stay in this property. What an amazing townhouse, well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The property is located in the centre of Broughty Ferry our home town, close to all the shops, stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic

  • 5 of 5

Just spent 4 weeks in this lovely villa which has everything you can possibly need. This is the third house we have rented in broughty ferry and it is the best by far. The owner Lynn meets you on arrival and keeps in touch making sure everything is ok for you. We will definitely be back next year. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very comfortable apartment, everything you might need, clean and well presented. Excellent location, close to the beach and shops of broughty ferry (which is a surprisingly lovely place!). Our kids appreciated the toys and books too.

Lovely Town House in a great location.

  • 4 of 5

Enjoyed our stay at this well furnished town house (US terminology rather than "villa" for this facility) with great eat in kitchen, restroom and pleasant living room with a generous balcony with a view out to the river on first floor (1 flight of stairs up from street level). Small master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two other small bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. Easy level walking to shops and restaurants. Dedicated parking on the street directly outside a great asset in this lovely but typically very busy village.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Great location in Broughty Ferry and very well equipped. Owners responded very quickly when the central heating got the better of us and fixed it right away. Having dedicated parking in a busy part of town was also a bonus.

Highly recommended.
