Detached 2-bedroom Villa with Private kidney-shaped pool, and two 3-bedroom Villas with Private Heated pools, and large pool-terraces with showers.

Also, there is a spacious terrace over the roof on one of them, solarium, with great and breathtaking views of the Ocean, La Gomera Island, and Mount Teide. Total area, with the terrace and swimming pool - around 300 square meters, villa´s size is 120 sq m.

These Villas have been upgraded to an excellent standard, and they situated on one of the larger plots of the Urbanization.

Holidaymakers return year after year and no wonder, these Villas have everything to make your stay in Tenerife so memorable. Relax in comfort in the lovely lounge area looking out over the private pool and sun terrace. There is a covered terrace for when shade is required and roof terrace providing fantastic views of sea and mountain on one of the Villas. There is a BBQ and ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining. Internally the villa is fully equipped with fans in all rooms. Located in the south of the island, in the popular town of Callao Salvaje, 25 km from the international airport and approximately 10 km from Playa de Las Americas. About 700 meters the new sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and hammocks.

Each Villa offer you a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 parking places. From the living room you can go to a large terrace where you can sunbathe and swim in the spacious pool. One villa has a great corner location, that allows you to get in directly, through separate entrance, from the parking lot. Due to the large corner plot this Villa has a roof terrace with views of the sea, mount Teide, and the Island of La Gomera. A covered terrace when shade is needed and a large open terrace around the private Roman style pool which is heated during the winter months. The pool is accessible by steps and the depth is 1m to 1.5m it is 9m long and 3.2m wide. There is a cast iron BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers patio table and chairs. On hidden from prying eyes terrace, there is a private pool and a cosy garden, a BBQ area with a magnificent view of the Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Here, in an atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the pool, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo), or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife's climate.

Comfortable well situated villa.

A comfortable well equipped villa in a quiet area of this small resort, but within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. Air conditioning in the lounge area and second bedroom would have been useful. We also had a problem with air con in main bedroom which kept tripping the circuit breaker. A mobile fan was provided on request. All staff extremely helpful.

Beautiful Villa

It was only a 20 minute drive from the airport and the directions given were extremely accurate. We were greeted by Dmitri who explained everything we needed to know about the villa. After he left, my wife (who is a cleaning supervisor) and I had a good look around the villa and could not find any problems with cleanliness or maintenance. Everything within the description was correct.

We enjoyed using the built in BBQ several times and would often sit outside sampling some of Tenerife's wines.

Victor contacted us during our stay to ensure that everything was fine. It was.

The centre of town is only 5 minutes walk away and has everything from mini supermarkets to great pubs and restaurants. I would especially recommend La Romantica restaurant. We mostly used Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets which were on 10 minutes drive away. I would also recommend driving to Teide National Park. The views just driving to and from there are amazing!

Overall, this was a beautiful villa within a fantastic location and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Superb villa in great location

This spacious villa is furnished to a very high standard with two bedrooms (one en-suite) and separate bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are both large and give plenty of space for a family. The patio area is well laid out with a small pool (not heated) will ample bathing and shaded areas (the trees could do with some selective pruning!)

The villa is in a good location with plenty of access to shops and restaurants, although there is a climb from the Centre which may affect some people.

A lovely, peaceful, restful vacation. I look forward to seeing you again.

Very private villa close to everything.

Lovely property, great location. Very comfortable villa with plenty space and lovely pool. It's very private and yet your close to everything. We arranged for groceries to be in the villa, just sent our shopping list and it was all there. Perfect! Very good communication too. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa

Villa is well located, within 2 minutes walk of supermarket, bakeries, cafes and restaurants, exactly as described. Very clean and fully equipped. Lovely private pool with patio, and shady outside eating area. There is plenty of space in the rooms, fresh sheet and towels all supplied. Full kitchen facilities too. Small criticism would be air con was only in the main bedroom, with the other using a fan and ceiling fan. Otherwise, great villa and great service.

Luxurious Villa Close to Shops & Restauarants

We stayed for one week in Juky 2015, two adults, two teenagers.

Communications with the owner beforehand were very good and by arrangement we arrived late at night to find the fridge stocked with beer and cold drinks. Very welcome.

The villa is sumptuous and very well equipped. The outside area is great for catching the sun and the pool perfect for cooling off. Everything is of a high standard and very clean.

The location is great. Only a short walk to restaurants and shops. There are four supermarkets so you can stock up on day to day essentials. The beach is also a few minutes walk away and very sheltered.

Callao Salvaje is a quiet resort, with everything you need for a relaxed and indulgent holiday. No need for a car as everything is on the doorstep and there is a frequent cheap (air-conditioned) bus service to the livelier resorts.

In summary we were very pleased with the villa and the resort.

The owners give a superb service. Highly recommended.

Coast/Beach:

The new sandy beach of Callao Salvaje is now finished and is just a few minutes walk from the villa. The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are just a 10 minutes drive away.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Reina Sofia International, which is approximately 25 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife.

Convenient location and proximity to both the Ocean and beach activities, and the Canary towns and entertainments. Easy to get anywhere in the island, using Public Buses.

Distances:

The famous and lovely resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are situated just 10km away.

The fishing village of La Caleta, famous for its fresh fish´ restaurants, is just 6 km away.
