Detached 2-bedroom Villa with Private kidney-shaped pool, and two 3-bedroom Villas with Private Heated pools, and large pool-terraces with showers.

Also, there is a spacious terrace over the roof on one of them, solarium, with great and breathtaking views of the Ocean, La Gomera Island, and Mount Teide. Total area, with the terrace and swimming pool - around 300 square meters, villa´s size is 120 sq m.

These Villas have been upgraded to an excellent standard, and they situated on one of the larger plots of the Urbanization.

Holidaymakers return year after year and no wonder, these Villas have everything to make your stay in Tenerife so memorable. Relax in comfort in the lovely lounge area looking out over the private pool and sun terrace. With stunning sea views from the pool area looking out to the neighbouring Island of La Gomera, you soon realise what a beautiful Island Tenerife is.

There is a covered terrace for when shade is required and roof terrace providing fantastic views of sea and mountain on one of the Villas. There is a BBQ and ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining. Internally the villa is fully equipped with fans in all rooms. Located in the south of the island, in the popular town of Callao Salvaje, 25 km from the international airport and approximately 10 km from Playa de Las Americas. About 700 meters the new sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and hammocks.

Each Villa offer you a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 parking places. From the living room you can go to a large terrace where you can sunbathe and swim in the spacious pool. One villa has a great corner location, that allows you to get in directly, through separate entrance, from the parking lot. Due to the large corner plot this Villa has a roof terrace with views of the sea, mount Teide, and the Island of La Gomera. A covered terrace when shade is needed and a large open terrace around the private Roman style pool which is heated during the winter months. The pool is accessible by steps and the depth is 1m to 1.5m it is 9m long and 3.2m wide. There is a cast iron BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers patio table and chairs. On hidden from prying eyes terrace, there is a private pool and a cosy garden, a BBQ area with a magnificent view of the Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Here, in an atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the pool, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo), or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife's climate.

Very calm place. Excellent for big family. A lot of space at the pool and backyard. Convenient two-cars parking.

Villa is big and enough space for 6 adults, liked as lot a living room - sala, where spent most of time, liked idea of doing barbecue all together, and enjoyed our private pool.

Beautiful villa in perfect location. Nice and private. Close to beach and bus service good. No need to ever call taxi as they are always waiting near bus stop. Excursions shop very good- Brian is lovely and so helpful. Paragliding with roberto was amazing. Bob diving good fun too. Great restaurants. Shops 2 mins walk. Peaceful area very pretty. Recommend restaurant - the italian corner and also santa lucia. Half hour on bus to Puerto colon. Well worth a visit. Amazing cocktails at white sand bar at Puerto colon.

Very good customer service from Kosta. Helpful from beginning to end.

Modern 3 bed villa with heated pool

Quiet location but within easy walking reach of many bars/restaurants/supermarkets. Clean, modern villa with plenty of outdoor space. Modern appliances - Dish washer/washing machine/BBQ Visited with 3 generations (5 in all) plenty of space for privacy/quietness, when required. Kids loved the heated pool - couldn't keep them out. Day trips to Volcano Tiede and Whale/Dolphin watching. Kosta and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. Kosta, in particular,gave excellent customer service, replying, via email with speed, answering all pre-booking enquiries. Me and my family would certainly recommend the 3 bedroom villa and hope to return again, sometime in the near future.

Excellente villa

Je recommande cette charmante villa à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent allez dans la magnifique ville de tenerife .

Villa très bien placée et surtout environnement calme et agréable.

Elle est aussi situé entre là ville et là plage sur laquelle on a une superbe vue.

La maison bénéficie d'une superbe piscine chauffée avec une grande terrasse on peut être à plusieurs dans cette spacieuse maison .

Le propriétaire étant très sympathique et accueillant il nous laisse nous sentir comme chez nous et est à la écoute de ses locataires .

Maison étant très abordable niveau qualité prix

Nous recommandons cette villa aux personnes qui recherche la tranquillité, le repos avec un superbe soleil

lovely villa with amazing views!

Lovely villa situated in a quiet location. Great kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows, generally clean and tidy! Only downside was the lack of English TV channels. Communication with the owner was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

We visited Aqualand and mount Tiede whilst staying which was booked through Tony's Tours, both great days out! The eat as much as you like Indian / Chinese in the resort is fab, great food for 8 Euros a person! Only downside was the beach as there was next to no sand, only sharp shingle but who needs a beach when you have your own pool!

Villa in Tenerife

The Villa is in a great location with an elevated position providing great views and sunsets. The accommodation is first class and perfect being near to the town, bars and restaurants but not at all noisy. There are at least 20 restaurants and bars within a few hundred metres away.There is no need for a car since buses and taxis are close and Playa Las Americas is only a short ride away.

The villa is comfortable and well furnished. Having a pool is a real bonus and the outside balcony is spacious with comfortable seating and has sunny and shady areas. Bedrooms 1 and two are great for 4 persons. The lounge settee is a sofa bed and another small bed is available in a small office room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and a modern washing machine is provided.

The property is well managed with great customer service always available.

I would recommend the villa without any hesitation.

Coast/Beach:

The new sandy beach of Callao Salvaje is now finished and is just a few minutes walk from the villa. The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are just a 10 minutes drive away.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Reina Sofia International, which is approximately 25 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife.

Convenient location and proximity to both the Ocean and beach activities, and the Canary towns and entertainments. Easy to get anywhere in the island, using Public Buses.

Distances:

The famous and lovely resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are situated just 10km away.

The fishing village of La Caleta, famous for its fresh fish´ restaurants, is just 6 km away.
