The apartment is the penthouse and has lovely views. In the morning, the side terrace is flooded with sunshine and is a perfect breakfast area. In the evening, when you return from the pool, beach or golf, the front terrace is bathed in sunshine and is a perfect and superb venue for evening meal and drinks. There are also excellent beach bars within easy walking distance, 200 metres of the apartment. Its prime location is ideal as its position is very peaceful and yet only minutes away 150 metres from the beach. The world famous Puerto Banus is but a few minutes walk along a beautiful promenade. Golfing valley is but a few mins. drive away. In a nutshell this residence is ideal for families, couples and golfers.

Because of its warm location, winter retirees will also find our very low winter rental prices attractive.

We are pleased to say the apartment was exactly as you described we went out every day it’s very well located. We did however have a problem with the digital access gate on the first day, but then it seemed to work fine the rest of the holiday. It was probably us keying in the code incorrectly. Anyway big thank you Carl and Rosemary Smith PS your travel instructions were terrific…



I don’t normally comment on any holiday sites, unless I found the apartment was really bad or really good. In this case I found the apartment package was excellent, your rates were very competitive, they included the cost of Wi-Fi and UK TV. We were a bit unsure as to what the quality of the apartment would be like before we left however we were pleasantly surprised it was beautifully clean and fresh, and the location was great. The kids could walk to the beach and the port. We’ll definitely be rebooking for next year. Thanks for the great holiday. Paul and Carol

Fabulous!

We stopped at this property for 10 wonderful days. The description doesn't do it justice, it was everything we could have wished for. We received comprehensive advice regarding travel directions from Malaga Airport, the local area, tips about where to go and the apartment itself so we arrived well prepared. The apartment was immaculate with every facility you could need to make it home from home. Our favourite was the terrace from the bedroom in the morning leading to wonderful comfortable furniture where we would sit and watch the sun rise over the mountain and enjoy the sea view. The property was very clean and well maintained. We had the best attentive service from the owner throughout the booking procedure and local contact details for throughout the holiday in case of emergency. We would definitely recommend this place for a fabulous stay in a beautiful area. Stones Throw from a lovely beach and fabulous bars, close to the supermarket and not forgetting the private pools in the gorgeous garden which we used daily with 2 young children, for 10 days we were the only ones in the garden and pools, its was very private. Location

We have been holidaying in Spain for ten Years. About 8 years ago we purchased this property; because we loved it location, quiet yet convent and in very short walking distance for the beach and the yachting marina, shops and restaurants on hand.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : at 20 Miles Nearest Barpub : at 110 Metres Nearest Golf : at 1.8 Miles Nearest Restaurant : at 100 Metres Nearest Ski : at 45 Miles Nearest Beach : at 100 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful golden beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the pedestrian boulevard to the centre of Puerto Banus is a few minuets stroll along the pedestrian promenade.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is just 35 minutes by car. It has to be said that there is no need for a car, as once at the apartment everything is available in Puerto Banus. If you do hire a car however the world is your oyster, from water parks, safari park, to ballooning - just to name a few, not to mention the famous historical cities of Seville, Ronda and Granada - all well worth visiting.

Distances:

The historical towns of Ronda and Granada are both easily reached, there and back in a day, and can be visited any time of the year.

Further Details:

Puerto Banus' centre is a few minutes walk along the promenade with its world famous marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops (leave your credit card at home!) such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more. The night life is second to none if you have the energy. Marbella is 5 minute drive and a late breakfast at Orange Square has got to be the best. The area is alive with lots and lots of activities from Tennis to horse ridding.

If you want a fun evening out with the kids, head to Tivoli world, about a 15 minute drive from Marbella heading towards Malaga. This is like a mini Alton Towers that is well worth a visit if you have

Crocodile Park

Torremolinos Aqualand:- it is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol and is located just ten minutes from the centre of Torremolinos.

Mijas Aqua Park :- fantastic rides, include various slides, water rapids, a wave pool, a top day out.

Selwo Safari Park :- this is one of the best nature parks you can find anywhere The African styled safari park features more than 2,000 species and only 15 minuets drive towards Esterpona

Bioparc Fuengirola Zoo… A real treat for every one based in Fuengirola our children and now grand children love it.

A day out ballooning across Andulasia is a must if you have a head for heights and of course Gibraltar a 30 min drive for the old duty free.
