Los Molinos Villa with Stunning Views-Sleeps 4-Community Pool

This pretty 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa enjoys excellent views of both La Manga Club and the Mar Menor (small sea). You access the villa along a short well-lit pathway and down a few steps. You enter the property into a pleasant lounge/dining area with stunning views of La Manga Club and Mar Menor. There is free Wi-Fi and hot and cold air conditioning throughout the villa for your comfort. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The washing machine is situated in the en-suite bathroom.

The lounge sits 5 comfortably and has a full range of UK TV channels (including SKY and BT Sport) ensuring you don't miss any of your favourite programmes. There is also a DVD player and mini CD unit (MP3 connection). The dining area has a table and 4 chairs though you may well want to dine outside on the lounge balcony which is similarly equipped. The lounge balcony also has a parasol and a built-in BBQ for al-fresco cooking with stunning views!

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a television with the same UK TV channels as the lounge together with an en-suite bathroom that features twin hand wash basins, up and over shower facility, full size bath, WC and washing machine. Twin beds are adaptable to a large double if required. In the second bedroom you will find ample wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, twin beds that can be adapted to a large double and air conditioning.

This villa also benefits from a roof-top solarium with 2 sun loungers offering some of the best views in the resort..

Why Hugh and Alison chose Atamaría

The location of our villa was something that appealed to us as it was well within walking distance of all of the amenities that the resort has to offer. The villa has stunning views of the Mar Menor and Lion Mountain which delights us every time we come out to stay. The swimming pool facilities at Los Molinos are second to none and with a pool side restaurant you really can spend all day at the pool topping up your tan.

What makes this villa unique

Set in a quiet location the villa is a short walk from the large residents only solar heated swimming pool with additional toddlers pool. The poolside bar and restaurant are open between April and October. The resort also boasts a small cove and beach known as La Cala. A car is recommended for visits offsite and to the many other beaches nearby. Within walking distance you will find the pueblo of Bellaluz which boasts bars, restaurants, a supermarket, tobacconist, boutiques, gift shop, a hairdressers and chemist. During the summer months there is an intimate buzzing holiday atmosphere with an evening entertainment schedule.

Dominic and Sarah made sure that even our baby of 2 years was catered for and were great when we needed to book a babysitter and taxi to Cartagena for some retail therapy. Fantastic value for a family holiday.

Equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Fantastic views. Could possibly do with a little updating, but made for a comfortable stay. Property management services in Bellaluz very friendly and efficient.

Clean and tidy villa

A very nice villa with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the balcony outside the living area and were able to eat all our meals there. Everything was in good working order and , upon request, we were supplied with a filter coffee machine. Inevitably there were one or two very minor glitches but these were attended to immediately.

We would certainly consider going back again.

The only drawback for less active people would be the number of steps to climb if one did not have a car.

Special interest holidays:

In addition to the world renowned golf and tennis facilities, La Manga Club offers bowls, squash, health and fitness spa with gym, cycling, horse riding, walking routes, football, cricket, horse riding, dance and rugby academies, Kite surfing, private beach, pedaloes, bike hire, go-karts. excursions to Lorca, Cartagena, Murcia Cathedral and the list goes on. If there is something you are interested and dont see it listed please ask our Management Company and they will point you in the right direction.


The private La Manga Club owned beach at La Cala is a 5 minutes drive. Public beaches along Mar Menor and Mediterranean are approx 10 minutes drive. Great shopping in neighbouring city of Cartagena. Water parks in Murcia and Torrevieja. Light house at Cabo de Palos is well worth a visit with some fantastic sea food restaurants in the harbour.


Flights are available daily to San Javier Airport (Murcia) which is 25 minutes drive. Alicante is approx 1hr 30 mins away. Taxis and car hire can be arranged through our onsite management company but please remember to bring your driving licence if you want to hire a car.


The village of Los Belones is approx 4 minutes drive where you will find some traditional Spanish restaurants. The Port of Cartagena is 30 minutes drive and City of Murcia is an hours drive. There are 3 major shopping centres and the closest is in Cartagena which opens 7 days a week 10 til 10 so a real shoppers delight! Cabo De Palos Harbour is a 7min drive away where you will find some fantastic fish restaurants.

Further Details:

La Manga Club boasts 2 supermarkets/ restaurants/ bars/ fashion shops/ banks/ chemists/petrol station/ nightclub/spa and hotel. The village of Bellaluz features a supermarket with free home delivery, hairdressers/barber, chemist, gift shops and a couple of boutiques. The gift shop in Bellaluz also sell stamps so you can send your postcards. There is also the only tabacconist on the resort in Bellaluz and during the summer months there is evening entertainment in the square.
