Just returned from a 2 week stay in Mark and Diane's lovely apartment, with my young family.

All facilities are as described and the pool is perfect, and was virtually private as nobody else used it!

Apartment is spot on, set in a quite location, but within walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

Highly recommended and we will definitely be re-booking the apartment if we return to the Alicante region.

Mark and Diane are also very helpful if you need anything.

Fantastic

Just home after spending a fantastic week with my grown up family at Mark and Diane's apartment. Great apartment, very spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Met with Mark and Diane who couldn't do enough for us. Good location close to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the excellent pool and the added facility of wi-fi was a great bonus. Will definitely return.

First Class

Came back to spend another 3 weeks in Mark and Diane's townhouse and it gets better and better. This has to be the best accommodation in Benijofar and within easy reach of some fantastic restaurants. While we were there the iron packed in so Diane delivered a brand new one the very next day. Simply fantastic.

Great Winter Break

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 week Break at Mark and Diane's Townhouse in Benijofar . The property is ideally located in the Village and is within easy access to local Bars and Restaurants. The accommodation was to a high standard with all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The other residents whom we met on the complex were most helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do in the local area. We met the owners Mark & Diane on our last week of the stay and they were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return next year

MOST ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY

Completed a 16 day stay from 12 Oct to 27 Oct 2015. We have rented several times in the Benijofar area and this has been be far the best. Very clean to the highest standards with everything necessary for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool was excellent even in October.

Locally there are many restaurants, cafes and bars, the prices are very reasonable and of course,with very enjoyable food.

Beaches are only 15 minutes drive and there are loads of them.

Will be returning next year.

Everybody was very friendly, the owners and the neighbours which made everything as we wanted for an excellent holiday.

We bought this property because we liked this small gated community and also we like the small village of benijofar with its many bars and resaurants.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Guardamar beach is approx. 15 mins by car

Travel:

Car hire is advisable but there are many bars and restaurants close by

Alicante Airport is approx. 40 minutes away by car.

Airport pickups can be arranged , Small or large groups

Distances:

Quesada is within walking distance with more shops, bars and restaurants.

Quesada Water park is within walking distance.

Benimar is within walking distance with many more bars and restaurants.

Nearest Town Torrevieja 10 minates by car.

Further Details:

Close by is a small supermarket, banks, and many bars and restaurants.
