2 double bedrooms (both with en suite), 3 bathroom apartment with air conditioning. This is a duplex apartment with bedrooms upstairs and large living accommodation downstairs. A large terrace leads directly to the gardens and is situated directly opposite the main heated swimming pool complex. The apartment is situated close to Vila Sol Golf and Country Club and 20 minutes from Faro airport. The pool complex contains 3 large swimming pools, 2 children’s pools and a Jacuzzi. There is a poolside bar for lunches and drinks and ice creams. The apartment is fully furnished to the highest standards and features a cable TV and DVD player. The Vila Sol resort contains a 27-hole championship golf course.

This apartment enjoys a prime location within the 5* Vila Sol Resort complex.This apartment is fully air-conditioned and wi-fi is available. It has the benefit of a large patio with fabulous views across the extensive floral gardens, 5 pools and the beautiful evening sunsets. Barbeques on the patio are a great way to end a day. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms on the upper floor, both with ensuite facilities. On the ground floor are a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and a spacious lounge/dining area leading to the patio, which provides ample space for barbequing, alfresco dining and sunbathing. The patio is equipped with a 6 seat dining table and parasol. A barbeque and 4 sunbeds are also provided. Wifi internet is available. This is a no smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location near the centre pool (and bar) of the 3 pools on site. As it is ground floor it is easy to access from the extensive grass areas and pools. Well furnished with the owner's paintings on the walls, the air con was crucial.

Owner was very accommodating as we arrived late morning.

Bar on site has a good menu. Just outside the site there is a shop, deli-café, tapas restaurant, Oscar's pub/nice meals, and one other lovely restaurant.

Good choice

I am currently enjoying a holiday in this apartment and I must say it ticks all the boxes in terms of location, furnishings and cleanliness. Having stayed in Vila Sol Village many times, I consider this apartment to have the perfect location with lovely views over the swimming pool and flower gardens. It is so nice to have the convenience to be able to stroll across from the patio to the pool. All in all it offers the perfect choice for a family holiday and I would heartily recommend it. Vila Sol Village seems to offer everything - beautiful gardens and pools, convenient bars, restaurants and coffee houses with the attractions of Vilamoura only a short car ride away. I will be booking again for next year.

Excellent choice

Having spent the last few years in vilasol we've grown to expect a high standard of accommodation in the perfect location and once again we were delighted to find this property fully met our expectations. The apartment is clean and well equipped and is situated adjacent to the main pool / poolbar with beautifully manicured lawns in between. The apartment is the perfect choice whether you are a family with kids or on a golfing break. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Apartment had obviously not been cleaned since previous occupants. Hair, sand and clothes tags were lying on floor throughout. Toothpaste spit in wash hand basins and grime in showers. Fridge and kitchen drawers were disgusting. The leather sofa in the lounge is very grimy and has had a couple of throws put on to cover this. I would advise that no one opens the first aid kit as I am sure it is a biohazard with dressing that have been used and returned to kit. The apartment is in need of serious upgrading which appears to have been overlooked. Garden and pools were lovely so its a case of right location but definitely wrong apartment.

Owner's Response: It occurs to me that this review has perhaps a lot to do with the fact that I was unable to grant the renter’s request to remain in the apartment till 3.00pm on their last day. Usually I can be flexible with departure times, but on this occasion my new renter was arriving at 10.30am on the same day as the existing ones departed. The new renter was happy to wait till 3.00pm before occupying the apartment . Unfortunately I had to request that the existing renters vacate by 11.30am instead of 3.00pm, thus allowing me 3 hours to clean properly and prepare the apartment for the new occupant. This could explain the dramatic reversal of opinion from the verbal feedback to that as represented in this review.

Changeover Day:
Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on circumstances. However, when a same day changeover occurs, guests will be informed and requested to depart by 11.00am and occupy at 3.00pm, so that there is sufficient time for thorough cleaning.
