Sister cottage to property 18015 the Mill is a stunning bolt hole set amongst the wilds of North Cornwall. Hustyn Mill is perfectly located for a stunning break in Cornwall. Perched on the edge of the valley overlooking Hustyn woods, Hustyn Mill is the perfect place to come and relax and wind down from the stress of everyday life. Positioned within striking distance of both the dramatic North coast and the soft undulating hills of the south but we don't think you'll want to be going anywhere for the first couple of days!

About Richard Pack

We're Richard and Niki and have a young family. Richard is a photographer and Niki is a producer and trainer of young event horses.

Richard was bought up in Cornwall in the very house they now live in, Niki is from just outside Cirencester in Gloucestershire.

We are passionate about where we live and can't wait to share it with others.

Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, there's so much to do around here.

Richard grew up there but that I aside, we couldn't find anywhere more peaceful or beautiful. It's perfectly remote yet only three miles from the supermarket ! Close to the North and South coasts and out of the craziness of mid summer !

Notes on accommodation: Please note that we will accept ONE well behaved dog, respectful of livestock, and children. There is a twenty five pound surcharge for the extra cleaning. We kindly ask that you also keep them downstairs and off all upholstered furniture. Outside: The mill is on a farm and surrounded by two acres of lush private gardens with direct access to the forestry track network and the camel trail beyond. Wild swimming in our spring fed lake ! Outdoor furniture is placed around the gardens for you to use as is the BBQ. Utility Room: Iron, broom, mop and hoover Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and the cottage is cleaned once a week on change over day.

A marvelous stay....

Our week's stay couldn't have been nicer - perfect location, hosts and lodgings. We explored Cornwall daily, then returned " home" to warmth, quiet and comfort.

Accomodation is in such beautiful surroundings. Log fires at night. Comfy bed with lovely large en-suite facility. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here.

Overall our stay was very nice, very quiet off the beaten track and pretty central to Cornwall

Overall our stay was nice we had a lovely time, out every day, just a couple of things regarding the property.

1.. The sofa, ☹️ very uncomfortable after a busy day,

2.. Cutlery, chipped cups and breakfast bowls, and not enough cups, only had two,

3.. Television cabinet, two big, unnecessary looked very cluttered inside when doors are opened,

4.. Property very dusty, glass balustrade dusty and dirty, cobwebs everywhere,

5.. Breakfast bar area unnecessary, there is a seating area for four people ?? only two people stay, (suggest taking out and putting in a bigger sofa)?? and a small table and 2x chairs.

6.. Extractor in bathroom extremely noisy..

My wife and I thought the holiday let was a very nice high standard property, Richard the owner was friendly and accommodating and leave you alone to enjoy your holiday.. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a central base to discover Cornwall.

Beautiful location with stunning views, owners are very friendly and accommodating. One minor point, make sure you double check directions through the app and site provided before you arrive as you will end up in a farmers field! Great stay, thank you

A lovely quiet comfortable Cottage.

Over many years my wife and myself have had many cottage holidays in the Wadebridge area. The Old Mill Cottage at Hustyn Mine Park is the ideal place for a quiet holiday, well looked after grounds and lovely walks. One of the Best .
