Apartment in Worthing, Sussex, England - The Beachfront Is Unique Being The Only True Seafront Property In The Area- Virtually On The Beach!

The BeachFront provides a fully self catering and luxurious accommodation situated on the delightful shores of Worthing Beach. The accommodation comprises a very comfortable top quality double day bed, and 1 additional single bed is available for a family, providing sleeping for up to 3.

There is a comfortable dining area with a large dining table and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, gas hob, and full oven, washing machine and integrated fridge freezer. There are sufficient good quality cooking and dining utensils.

The large bathroom is fully tiled with a full sized bath and shower. The shower is a powerful showerjet and will truly refresh you in the mornings! A full linen service is provided so no need to bring your own linen or towels (although we do ask that you bring your own beach towels)

The BeachFront is fully central heated for colder days or out of season breaks. Freeview TV, DVD and WiFi are all available at the property. Parking for one vehicle included.

This is a comfortable stylish apartment with the location being the real star! You will be delighted to stay here in the heart of Worthing with beach, town and countryside within such easy access.It is ideal for couples, singles and families. Everything is on your doorstep and you will love the ease of the location and all that Worthing and the surrounding countryside can offer during your stay. The studio does not have a seaview from the accommodation itself. The sea is however right on your doorstep the minute you walk out the main door of the property.

Notes on accommodation: The perfect holiday location with the only direct beach access in Worthing. No main roads to cross with a lovely green in front of the property and the prom right in front of you. Walk the promenade, to coffee shops, cafes, restaurants. Worthing town centre and the famous Worthing Pier are a short stroll away! The BeachFront is a truly wonderful location. Outside: Direct sea view from the main front door. Lovely landscaped green and the prom right on the doorstep. A unique location in the heart of Worthing. New swimming pool and leaisure centre with gym overlooking the sea just ayards away. Parking using permit available for one car and is free of charge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (except beach towels) are provided. All linen is provided.

Great stay

This studio is very quiet, comfortable and very well located - just in front of seacoast, very close to the town's centre and just next to the swimming pool. The studio is very well fitted (there is everything what is required for "daily live"), good refurnished and nicely decorated.

I would like to highlighted that the landlord is extremely supportive and helpful - I am extremely grateful for his kind support and help!!!!

Excellent !

All I can say is : Perfect ! Quiet and lovely studio, very well fitted, clean and luminous. Ideal location for walking along the sea front, very close to town's center and all shops you need. I deeply recommend this property to anyone.You won't have any (bad) surprise It's a very nice place to stay and I am sure that you wil spend perfect holidays there. Also very good communication with the owner, Thank you for all Ronnie ! I hope to be back one of these days.

Very pleasant stay in a good location for town and beach. Property clean and adequate facilities. Only downside was lack of permanent parking which, on occasion, was difficult to find.

Owner's Response: Thank you for reviewing BeachFront studio apartment Worthing. The title says it all for the studio - Fantastic Location. Of course there is then the possible compromise of a popular location being difficult to park now and again. The area is covered by a residents parking scheme so that does help alleviate the problem. We do of course supply for free the necessary visitor permit. Perhaps on some occasions you cannot park outside the door but hopefully you found somewhere within a few minutes walk each time. Glad that you enjoyed your stay and the proximity to the beach and town.

Fantastic alternative to a hotel!

I chose the apartment because of the location to my new place of employment. Needed somewhere to stay while at work for two weeks. For a professional it has everything you could possibly need. Although it's in a house with two other apartments, it is very quiet.

Has oven, fridge, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, TV and even a washing machine. The owner is fantastic, very responsive and helpful. For someone on their own that doesn't want to be in a hotel, this is the perfect option.

Close to shops, lots of restaurants and fantastic to walk down by the sea front. If you like to exercise, it's great for going for a run, riding your bike or just getting some fresh air.

Owner's Response: The studio apartment is indeed the perfect alternative to a hotel so thanks for that. You get more space with complete flexibility to eat when you want. With all the restaurants nearby you don't have to cook but the facilities are certainly there if you want to. The location is superb- I doubt if there is a hotel along the south coast which is so close to the beach and the prom! Just come out the front door and you can have an easy stroll along the prom to the beachside cafe for breakfast. Or as the reviewer says it s a great place for the more energetic- especially as the new Splash Point leisure centre is virtually next door!.

Pretty Studio in Great Location

We stayed in this well equipped and comfortable studio for a long weekend. Great location with seafront, pier, theatre, cinema and numerous good restaurants within walking distance. Ideal base for walking on the Downs and exploring neighbouring seaside resorts.
