I love Brighton and staying at the property when it is free. There's something for everyone, as there are some lovely walks, theres the beach obviously, the lovely town centre, the bars and clubs and I love all the friendly local Kemp Town pubs too!
This is my first year as a holiday let landlord and I look forward to sharing my house, for you to enjoy.

NEW HOT TUB ARRIVING SPRING 2016 !Brighton is such a unique city, somewhere I have always dreamed of owning a house. Its close to London and the Continent .The area has all the benefits of a City by the Sea
There's something for everyone, there are some lovely walks nearby over the downs, there is the beach and pier attractions, the marina and all it has to offer, the lovely town centre with The Lanes, The Pavilion, the Churchill shopping centre, the funky bars and clubs and then theres all that the friendly local Kemp Town area has to offer too!
Although we are surrounded by some beautiful properties, being detached it is so quite and peaceful. Just a few minutes away is the hustle and bustle of Kemp Town and Brighton itself. Alternatively you can visit the Racecourse, or watch a football match at the AMEX stadium,just minutes away. If you prefer the water you can charter a boat from the Marina which is walking distance. The property looks over the Tennis Courts of the Badgers Tennis club, courts can be hired by the hour using my Membership for a 5 pound an hour We really do have everything to keep everyone happy .
We stayed in this wonderfully decorated property for the weekend to celebrate 3 people in our party having birthdays close to Christmas. Ash made sure everything was perfect & even put all the xmas decorations and tree up the week before we arrived. The house was spotless & every room is extremely well decorated and spacious. The entertaining area is open plan so you can eat/drink/cook/relax & party without being in separate rooms. The bifold doors open into a wonderful outside patio area off the lounge which would be great in the summer. Even the large sliding door at the front of the property is spectacular & gives you a great feeling of security whilst staying here.
Ash's attention to detail is second to none - he even made sure the heating & lights were on when we arrived in the dark & had music playing, all remotely from his phone app.
Can't wait to go back in the summer - this is the place to stay in Brighton
I recently stayed at the White House and I can not recommend it enough. The property was immaculate with all the facilities we could need, and the location was fantastic and could walk almost everywhere in less than 10 minutes! The bedrooms were a great size and the living and kitchen areas were really well presented and comfortable. Perfect for large parties - the hot tub was an extra bonus spent many hours in there it was fab! I would definitely stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family in the future! Thank you Ash and Emma for all your help in making the weekend perfect.
The property was excellent,great layout,very modern and fantastic open plan living area. The owner was very helpful with our enquiries both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this place.
My family & I have just had a fabulous weekend break at White House. It is a luxurious & beautifully clean house in the most picturesque setting just a few minutes walk from the sea. The furniture & fittings are of very high quality & yet it is a cosy & a much loved home.It has everything you would need for a perfect holiday including a fantastic hot tub that all the family enjoyed. Owner was always contactable if I had any questions, most helpful. I have no hesitation recommending this holiday home, will defiantly be booking again.
This is a great house for socialising and was perfect for my best friends hen do. the outdoor courtyard was lovely to have breakfast in the sunshine but also had retractable awning for when weather wasn't as good. The house is decorated to a high spec, with lights and music controlled by electronic panels on the wall. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking big meals for your guests and there is even a wine fridge! Ash was a very welcoming owner and had thought of everything. taxis to centre of Brighton only £6-9 depending on traffic. only cons to this property is that there is only space for 6 people in real beds, the remainder of the guests are accommodated on two large sofa beds and single cube beds (but this is absolutely fine for a hen do). There is also no free parking with the property unless you have a very small vehicle (think smart car). Overall great house, with a great owner we had a fab weekend!
Wanted to surprise my sister who was out visiting from Australia and could not have chosen the most perfect place for our Brighton experience. The house itself is finished to s high standard and just perfect for what we needed. The location could not have been better as was just a short cab ride or walk into the heart of Brighton.
To top it all off, the owner Ash was an true gentleman and could not have been more accommodating to our every need. Finally, I can also highly recommend Marmalade Cafe, situated a stone throw from the house, for an awesome breakfast or just a quick coffee and cake.... Our new favourite spot in Brighton.

We are able to take credit and debit card payments - 2% booking fee on credit cards.
£250 damage/security deposit - this is returnable within 7 days of departure.
Deposit of 30% of hire fee is required to secure booking. This is non refundable. Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.
The remaining payment and £250 security deposit is required 28 days prior to booking date.
Weekends check in Friday 3pm and check out Monday 10am.
Notes on prices:
Weekends (fri to sun) are priced as follows (min 3 night);
01/04/14 - 30/09/14 the price is £1495 for a weekend. And for the period 01/10/14 - 31/03/15 the price is £1295 for a weekend.
£150 supplement for Bank Holiday weekends.
£200 supplement for Christmas and New Year weekends.
£50 supplement for pets (per animal).
