Lovely place. Fabulous welcome fire going and bottle of red waiting. Plenty of space

Great place. Very well located to get to lots of places of interest. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for the owner. Had everything you need. The local pub is fantastic with beautiful food. Would definitely recommend 5 star thanks x

Comfortable place for 4 people- plus dogs

Warm and welcoming, well equipped house. Kenton is helpful and friendly.

Fire lit on arrival, plenty of logs. Comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Beautifully presented property in a lovely part of England

The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. There was wood and coal for the wood burner and a welcome bottle of wine. We had to call the owner about a minor issue and he came immediately and was really helpful. Enclosed garden for our dog was helpful. Thoroughly recommend

Brilliant Weekend Away

We stayed at this cottage for two nights on a rainy lake district weekend. the cottage was an ideal base to explore the beautiful villages on the out skirts of the Lake District. it was lovely to come back to such a lovely and spacious cottage after a day of walking. would definitely stay again.
