Apartment in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, Canary Islands - Great Beach Location

Our apartment is situated just off the promenade of the golden sands of Playa de Las Vistas (beach) between Las Americas and Los Cristianos. All amenities are within a short stroll, including large supermarket and many bars and restaurants. This is a great location for beach lovers. It is also ideal for walkers as the main promenade stretches for miles to the quiet zones of Los cristianos or into busy shopping stretch of Las Americas and as far and fishing village La Caleta. The apartment t has a nice sunny morning to mid lunch position and great spot for people watching. The apartment is modern and has most needs. WiFi is available down at the pool bar or in many of local bars and restaurants. The complex has two pools and an onsite mini market, although a short stroll up the road is the main supermarket Mercadona. Buses and taxis are not far. Car hire can be organised at the airport but parking in this busy beach area can be a problem at peak season.

Outside: The site has community pool with sunbed (to hire) area, tennis courts (to hire), also an onsite reception, supermarket and bar. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Self catering apartment-laundry and towels supplied. 2 Beach towels also provided. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Laundry service/cleaning is additional if required. Other: Sunny morning/lunch patio with partial sea views with sun blind. Nice for people watching as overlooks the parking of the avenue. Contains 2 chairs and table with flexible laundry dryer, with folding patio doors leading from the apartment onto patio area.

Special interest holidays:

Siam Park and Aqualand our two water parks are a close ride away on their private buses they supply. The island has many walks, and good local buses to get you around the island. Not to be missed, a visit to our volcano, via cable car and national (forest/pine) park- El Teide.

Coast/Beach:

From our central position you can walk along Las Vistas beach (one of a few golden sand beaches Tenerife offers) along to the Los Cristianos beach and port only 5-10min walk away. In the opposite direction walking Las Americas into Torviscas and fishing village La Caleta you will find natural volcanic sand beaches.

Travel:

The nearest airport is 20-25min drive. TFS Tenerife Reina Sur.

Car hire is possible at the airport.
