This beautiful 2 double bedroom top floor apartment with sea views sleeps 4 plus a baby in cot. It is situated in the quiet residential area of Pinaret and is bounded on one side by open land. It's only 80m from the best bit of the safe and sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. A 10 minute stroll past sea front restaurants to the centre of the port. It consists of one double bedroom with balcony looking to the sea and mountains and a twin/double bedroom (mattresses zip together to make a queen size double if requested) with views to the mountains. The modern, stylish bathroom has bath, sky and hand shower. There is a large comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, 4G Internet & WiFi, UK Satellite TV (bring your sky card, get your full package here in Spain). The dining area seats 8 and there is a 2nd covered balcony where you can dine alfresco and keep cool, from here you have views looking to the park, mountains and the sea. A fully fitted kitchen complete with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and full cooking facilities.

About the Owner

My husband and I have had this lovely apartment in Puerto Pollensa for a number of years as we think Mallorca is one of the most beautiful places we have visited in our travels. It has it all - coastline, beaches, culture, mountains and it's a peaceful place to live. We have both worked in the construction industry for most of our lives but now have more time to spend on the out door life which is why this location is ideal for us.

We have stayed in PP four times and this apartment is by far the best we have rented. The location is just perfect, nice and quiet with just a short walk to the beach and not far into town for the evening. The apartment is quiet, well appointed with everything you could need and it really feels like a home not just a apartment rental.

Perfect for friends or family

As a keen walker and birdwatcher my friend and I were looking for a base in Pollensa. This place was excellent, particularly the location in a quiet residential area but only a few metres to the sea. We went swimming every afternoon! The double balcony was another big plus with breakfast in the sun followed by the balcony in the shade later in the day. A 10 minute stroll to all the restaurants in the evening and everything was complete. The apartment was everything that was stated on the website. We would like to thank Andy and Lucie for their customer service too which included allowing us to stay until our 5.30 pm departure from resort the following weekend. We will definitely return and tell our friends and family but I hope they still have room for us. I had not visited the Pollenca area for 20 years and was delighted to find it has not been spoiled as a wonderful area for those who want walking, cycling, swimming, birdwatching etc with a brilliant choice of restaurants for the evening.

A wonderful place to stay

Thank you for the use of your lovely apartment. The pictures on your website don't do justice to the fantastic views both front and back. The location is perfect for the beach, town centre and seafront restaurants. We had the most enjoyable week staying here, being very comfortable and well appointed. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

It's such a perfect location for us, we walk out of the door and the bay of Pollensa greets us every day. I have to pinch myself sometimes. The location is quiet and if we want some more action we only have to walk into town with the knowledge we can get away from it all when we return home.

Special interest holidays:

Bird watchers will delight in the many birds that frequent the valleys, hills and cliffs around the area (eg Elenor falcon) and the many migratory species that stop for a rest.


Not only are you situated on the beautiful and widest part of the best sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa which is at the head of a well protected bay, surrounded by mountains giving majestic views, but there are many other beaches to visit. A short bus or car ride, or an hour’s walk, will take you to some fabulous sandy beaches or to truly amazing mountain views where the shear walls drop 200m down to the sea. This area is fantastic for walking and cycling with routes for all levels of ability.


A car is not needed here. Take a taxi from the airport (85 Euro/45mins) or the bus and coach (10 Euro/2hrs) and get around using the frequent buses (bus stop 150m from apartment) or hire a push bike. The airport is under 1 hour away whether you hire a car or take a taxi.


The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are 5km away, Port Alcudia 6km. There are many villages and towns to explore by bus or car.

Booking Notes:
Please call or email me with your enquiry and I will email you a booking form which you should return with a 30% deposit. A final 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Prices for the next year will be as shown if booked before the end of October this year.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. As we have a key box arrival time does not matter unless a booking finishes that day, in which case (to allow for cleaning) arrival has to be after 3pm. Arrangements can be made for early arrivals to store luggage and shower.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week (7 nights) in UK Pounds. Winter monthly rate from November to March can be offered but will exclude electrical bills which will be charged at cost.

From the Owner

We're so close to the beach we can just walk out with our swimming costumes and towel. We are not crammed in with any other apartment blocks nearby thus annoyed by noisy neighbors and the apartment is bounded on one side with clear open land, which is very peaceful. The apartment is on the top floor so no noise from above and we get lovely views looking towards the Sierra Tramuntana mountains and the sea.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is in a small residential building. It is double aspect, north/south and therefore has very good cooling ventilation and is why there is no permanent a/c. Mobile a/c units can be hired locally if necessary. This is an ideal apartment for families being safe and so close to the beach and shady children’s play park. Couples will have a great time with lots to do in the port and on the beach. There is a Sky box so you can bring your own card from home giving you all your normal viewing without missing your favourite programmes while away. The apartment has fast 4G WiFi so you can keep up to date with business and stream internet TV. Previous clients have all been delighted with the accommodation and location and have said so in the visitors book and on emails in the review section. All say it is very quiet at the apartment and having the beach only 80m away is perfect and the 10 min walk to town is just right. There is a mini-mart 2 min walk away, ideal for hot bread etc Outside: Access to the stairway is along a short path with lemon trees (help yourself) and large shrubs. Before the entrance hall which has space for bikes or a push chair, there is a outside tap for washing the sand away after you have walked back from the beach. The apartment has 2 balconies. They are solid brick, sturdy and child safe. The south one gives you sun any time of the day and the north one is shady, ideal for cool lunches and dinners. There are no hotels, bars or clubs anywhere near this apartment and only residential property is near by, so no noise at night to disturb you. Utility Room: None. Large washing machine and dish washer are in the kitchen. Iron and ironing board and in hall cupboard. Dryer/airer in cupboard. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and bathroom towels are provided. Bring beach towels. The apartment is cleaned and linen changed every week. Hair dryer and iron supplied. You can walk to beach in your swim wear and there is a hose in the garden for showering off the sand. Other: The hallway has large in-built cupboards where there are sun umbrellas and kids beach stuff and there is a credenza with library. Opens onto the dining area to the right and straight on through a door into a circulation area for the bedrooms and bathroom.
