This cottage had everything you needed for a relaxing break. Spotlessly clean in a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Windermere and 10 minute drive into Bowness. Would definately recommend and would certainly look to stay again. A credit to the owners Ruth & Nigel

Wonderful well equipt bungalow

We have arrived home today from staying here. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

The bungalow was spacious and is a great base for travelling around the lakes.

Having read other peoples reviews who have said they have stayed several times, we can understand why as we will certainly want to stay there again. Would highly recommend.

Very Good

We have just returned from 4 nights at Airdale in Windermere. The bungalow was clean and very well equipped,with all you could want . It has a good location with a easy 10 min walk in to the center of Windermere and close to a very good bus route. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would definatley stay there again

Wonderful stay in Windermere

Lovely bungalow in peaceful cul de sac. Private rear garden with seating. Private drive and garage which is ideal for wet dogs!

Fully furnished with everything you need.

10 mins walk into Windermere town and a lovely 1.5 mile walk into Bowness.

Plenty of bars and restaurants in Windermere. Bungalow in perfect location if you like plenty of walking.

We have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.

****Note to owners**** Garden is lovely. It is probably a lot larger than it looks. Maybe some trimming of the trees and bushes required?

A spacious well equipped bungalow in an excellent location

Nestled in an attractive cul de sac just outside Windermere this was an ideal location for our touring holiday with my elderly father. The bungalow is spacious offering two double bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The lounge and dining area overlook attractive gardens front and rear and the kitchen contained everything you could need. We would definitely consider another visit.

Beautiful bungalow great location

This was our second time staying at the bungalow and as before it was very clean comfortable and well equipped for our stay, the bungalow is located in a quiet cul d sac and only a short pleasant walk into Windermere and Bowness. I would highly recommend the bungalow to anyone wanting to visit the Lake District it is a lovely home from home. We also went to Buttermere which was a beautiful place with breathtaking views. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and very dog friendly allowing our pet dog into many of the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which is so lovely. We shall most probably be returning back to the bungalow again in the future as it has everything we need, thank you to Mr and Mrs Harrison
