Ideal for Congresses and Vacations. The apartment is some 90 sq m with a lovely roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains to the north and the sea and Le Suquet, the old quarter, to the south. Planted with palms, orange, lemon and olive trees. Suitable for open-air dining or just soaking up the sun! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this lovely early 20th century building. The accommodation, which has been tastefully furnished to a high standard, boasts a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and balcony. Spacious sitting room with satellite TV and WIFI. One twin and one double bedroom with en-suite and a separate house bathroom. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

Having spent time in Cannes I came across this property which was in need of renovation and needed to be brought back to its former glory. It is an elegant apartment with many original features and two terraces in Central Cannes. The large roof terrace of 90m2 is exceptional with Sea views to the South and panoramic views of Cannes.

Cannes congresses include MIPIM, Miptv, Film Festival, Cannes Lions, TFWA, MIPCOM, and Mapic The spectacular 90 sq m roof terrace with its panoramic views is a special bonus.. Outside: Large 90 sq m roof terrace with panoramic views. Suitable for alfresco dining or soaking up the sun. There is a dining table with seating for 6 plus separate seating area, with additional deck chairs and sun loungers if required. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We charge a meet-and-greet, Linen, towels and departure clean at £190. After 1 week stay, additional cleaning can be organised at a cost of £15 per hour. It was such a great experience.

It was such a great experience beginning when I first booked the property. Jane did a great job of staying in touch. Her lovely assistant Sandrine met us as we existed the taxi and helped us settle in. I had not paid attention to the fact that there is no lift up the three flights of steps, and with us traveling from the US for 15 days in France, we had large bags. I immediately became very thankful for my daughter's toned and strong upper body strength. She was appreciative of the workout! The property is so lovely, well furnished and equipped. We especially enjoyed our late night visits to the rooftop. What awesome views! In summary, it was a lovely experience, and we appreciated the service and hospitality.

Great apartment with fantastic roof terrace and superb views.

A really clean, modern and comfortable apartment in a good spot. Only 10 minutes walk to restaurants, beaches and train station but slightly longer to walk back (as uphill!) Very high standard of finish with everything you could ask for. Roof Terrace is the real gem of the property and it provides a peaceful haven to enjoy the fantastic views across Cannes toward the sea. We spent many an hour relaxing with wine watching the world go by in the sunshine following a full day sightseeing round Cannes and surrounding areas.

Process for booking and arrival was really simple and Jane answered any queries we had in advance of the visit swiftly with Sandrine being really helpful when we arrived. Would have no hesitation recommending a stay in this apartment to family and friends but won't tell too many people as we want to leave room for us to return! Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location for all amenities - just a short walk to the fabulous food market, restaurants, shops, sandy beaches. (Swimming each day in clear blue water was a highlight) Very high standard of finish throughout, from furnishings to ultra modern kitchen - obviously loved by the owner who maintains it all to a very high standard - the roof terrace takes your breath away with the amazing views - its a particularly large living area in addition to the open plan seating and dining spaces inside which are light and airy. The bed was so comfortable too! Thank you to Jane for looking after us so well throughout the process of booking, arrival procedure etc making our stay a really wonderful one!

Glorious penthouse apartment in Cannes

We have had a fantastic time at Jane's apartment .Description and photos are accurate, the apartment is well appointed and comfortable The roof top terrace is a major plus : it has a panoramic view of Cannes Old Town and the bay which is just spectacular. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the old town and the sea front . All in all a great place to stay on the Riviera.

Great location and beautiful apartment

Stayed here for a business meeting. The location is only 8 minutes from the Palais de Festival and its also easy to get to the rail station. The apartment is clean and well furnished and Jane was very easy to deal with. There is also a very efficient and friendly housekeeper, who met me on arrival and is on hand to deal with any issues. The big roof terrace is a real wow factor, with great views!

Wonderful New Year holiday

Had a wonderful holiday over New Year at the apartment and truly didn't want to leave. It really feels like home from home here with a fantastic mix of lovely traditional and modern features and the views from the roof terrace are just amazing. It is only 10 minutes walk to Cannes town centre and it is a great location from which to explore the local area. Highly recommend a visit.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The public beaches along the Croissette or at the end of the Quay St Pierre are within 10-12 minutes walk of the apartment. Also the terminal for the regular ferry to the islands of Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, which provide a host of additional beaches popular with the locals.

Travel:

Nearest Airport - Nice - about 35 minute drive. The Airport bus goes directly to central Cannes and costs €30 return. There is also a €1 bus, which takes longer and travels to Cannes via the coast road. Taxi costs about €75. Once in Cannes you do not require a car unless you want to explore the Riveria.

Further Details:

Cannes is a town full of character and interesting places to visit. The bustling Marche Forville is a must. Open nearly every day selling a huge variety of local produce and fresh fish. On Mondays it is home to the local antiques market.

Le Suquet - the old quarter, and its tiny winding streets are full of excellent restaurants and from there you can wander up to Notre Dame at the top of the hill to gaze down upon Cannes and the harbour. This is also a great place to watch the magnificent firework displays, which take place throughout the summer.

Why not promenade long the famous Croissette, where you will find some great beach front restaurants, not to mention the high end shopping: Gucci, Dior, Chanel Louis Vuitton etc.

Booking Notes
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance of payment required 30 days prior to arrival. There is also a £500 breakage/damage deposit which will be returned following inspection of the apartment. An additional damage deposit may be required if the length of the stay is longer than 7 days. The guest will be required to pay all bank transactional fees at the time of booking. These will be added to the rental fee. For bookings longer than 7 days an additional cleaning/linen fee will be charged at a cost of £150.00. Different rates will apply for Congresses.

Changeover Day:
Bookings are generally saturday to saturday. However this is flexible and can be discussed. Arrival and departure between 11am and 4pm

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
