Casa Joanna is modern 3 bedroom villa in a quiet residential area, just 500m from the beach and a short stroll to the bars and restaurants of Mojacar Playa. During August, you will find a small fairground on the sea front, to entertain the children. The villa is bright and elegant with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Outside is a private swimming pool, terrace with 6 sun loungers and BBQ area. The garden is completely walled for security & privacy and there is a shaded dining area with table and 6 chairs. WiFi coverage is available throughout the property.

Perfect Spanish Villa!

A fantastic villa; clean, tidy, well maintained and spacious. The villa is in a great position for sunbathing but also always has areas of shade. We bbq'd a few evenings, cooked once (as the villa is equipped with everything you'll need) and ate out the the other evenings.

A short walk to the beachfront bars and then along to the shops, restaurants and bars. Not the most lively of resorts but great for families. We had a hire car which was useful for going to beaches further afield, aqua park and other markets, although buses ran regularly. The two Supermarkets are within walking distance as well.

The arrangements with Tony from Exclusive Holiday Villas both in the UK and when arriving and leaving were 1st class. We would highly recommend this villa
