We are just a spanish family that constructed a house by the sea and without losing its quiet essence, the surroundings became full of amenities (airport, shoppings, golf etc) to ensure fantastic holidays. I lived in Sheffield and in London. As a Spanish owner I enjoy the language + local knowledge of the community and local tradesmen, while you enjoy your time in the sun. The mayor benefit of this beloved property is location, location, location. If you or your family enjoy being close to the water this place is great for you. Want a sailing course, just walk 250 mts. Fancy a swim in the sea, just 40 mts, don't even need to be with the salty water on all your body, just came back for a fresh water shower in any of the 2 exterior showers and carry on playing bat and ball on the beach.
The house has a strategic location. It is quiet but at the same time well connected. With a huge offer of things to do. You will love it!

During the time we spend over there you enjoy nature much more than in town. You live outdoor. You just go inside to grab something to eat or drink and back to the porch. In the morning a short walk to buy "fresh made doughnuts" for breakfast, then enjoy the first swim of the day while the water is calm and you see your feet with water up to your neck :) Then some walking or cycling, some shopping, buy the newspaper, in a while another swim, by then a gentle breeze, then the water will be either blue or green, depends on the day... Now "aperitiv" in the local "chiringuito" also by the sand... If too many beers then some siesta time... We have kids! Then you will have to negotiate with them all said :(

We have visited Los Alcazares several times over the past four years. This is the easiest review I have written as there is nothing negative to say! Throughout the booking process JuanJo the owner, was helpful, courteous, and professional. The airport transfers were of the same high standard. The property is large, clean and modern. The three bedroom/two bathroom apartment is beautifully furnished with a traditional Spanish feel and comes with a range of top quality facilities. These include TV, dishwasher, water filter, washing machine, ,microwave etc. There is the added bonus of free wifi. There is also a large selection of furniture to be used on the huge secure patio area outside. However, the biggest attraction of this lovely property is its location. Step out of the front gate onto the promenade and then onto the beach. There are friendly beach bars just steps away and restaurants and shops within a few minutes easy walk. This property offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We intend to stay here again in the future and will certainly recommend it.
A fantastic relaxing holiday, thoroughly enjoyed by 7 adults and a 6 year old,plenty of room for all inside and out,parked the car and it never moved for the week, used the beach every day,liked all restuarants and beach bars,whether for meals,tapas or just drinks,had barbecues and watched the sun setting from the terrace, juanjo was a phone call away if needed, and will definitely recommended this apartment ,
Had a wonderful time at Juan,s home everything was immaculate the location was ideal for 55+ all one level which is a bonus for us just to walk out of the gate nearly into the sea the views are tremendous would recommend this home to anybody, we will definitely be coming back again as soon as we can arrange something. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is the best of any property to rent in Los Alcazares in my view. The apartment is as described and immaculate. It had everything we needed (except a kettle and Juajo offered to pay for one if I wanted to get one!) For any make up of family it would be perfect and, although there are about 5 steps up to it, they are not steep and have handrails. There is parking in a yard at the back and an outside shower. There are extensive patios so that you can have shade or sun all day and still have a lovely view and people walking past along the promenade can't see in unless they really try! Check with that Juanjo that his auntie will not be at home so that you have the whole of the outside space to yourselves as the other flat in the downstairs of the property (which is made up of 2 up and 2 down) belongs to her and their outside space is not separated. We had a car but you can walk to the old town one way or to the 525 square the other and don't really need one. You can step out of the gate onto the promenade and there is always something to watch. Going to the beach without even needing to take a towel was very liberating! It was totally relaxing. We fully intend to go back next year.
Just returned from a fantastic 10 days at this wonderful house with husband and Mum. We have visited the area over the past 8 years as we have family living nearby and this house has been the best we have stayed in for location which, as described, is on the beach front. Everything in the house and terrace area is of a very high standard and the Owner Juan Jose could not have been more helpful.

Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
A refundable deposit of £200 is payable with the final holiday balance and will be refunded after return when confirmation that no damage or loss has occurred.
Arrival at apartment from 2pm. Please leave apartment by 10am on changeover day. Changeover day is flexible but depends on availablity.

Disccounts in long term stay can be discussed. Long weekends can also be accepted.
