Sunny terrace for outside dining or simply chilling out, enjoying the Mallorcan sunshine.The complex boasts 2 communal pool one of which is directly outside the apartment. Just a few minutes drive away is the new yacht marina of Port Adriano with its fashionable bars , restaurants and shops. In the local vicinity are many championship golf courses. It is not necessary to hire a car as all amenities are on the doorstep and there are always taxis around Santa Ponsa and also an excellent, reliable bus service. This really is an ideal spot for all ages in a perfect location.

We stayed in this apartment in August 2014 family group with grandparents and teenagers. Found the apartment to be clean and very well kept , lovely complex with lots of space around the pool. The beach at Santa Ponsa is not too far away an easy walk. Great location as our teenage boys could easily walk into Santa Ponsa felt very safe and secure.

Activity and Interests
Santa Ponsa Beach is a safe and sandy beach with sunshades a couple of great beach bars within walking distance of the apartment. There are many safe and sandy beaches in the area including the small secluded coves at Illetas and Bendinat, and the wide, sweeping beaches of Palmanova and Puerto Portals to name just a few.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of £175 is payable on arrival and fully refundable electronically providing the duplex is returned in the condition it is received and there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.
We try to be flexible with changeover days where possible.
Check in 15.00 hrs and check out 10.30am.
Extension to these times may be possible by prior arrangement.
20% deposit required to reserve and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
