This is a real treasure - a beautifully appointed apartment in a privileged location, with breathtaking views from the private furnished terrace and from the pool area. The apartment is spacious and contemporary, it is equipped to accommodate up to five guests in comfort, and has just about everything a visitor could look for in a holiday apartment. Situated beside the beach on the seafront esplanade, the position could hardly be bettered. Outside: Large private terraces to both front and rear. The front terrace overlooks the beach, the views are wonderful. The terrace is fully furnished so that guests can make the most of the sea view and an al-fresco life-style. The rear terrace leads to the swimming pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Good quality bedding and household towels are provided. Cleaning and laundry change at least once a week.

Fantastic Apartment

Had a fantastic holiday here , the apartment was spotless, modern with a large balcony with views of the ocean. Debbie and Anne were very helpful , from booking to arranging transfers for us,to departing, excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend. Olhas De Agua is a lovely place with plenty of restaurants and a beautiful clean and sandy beach 10/10

One of the best apartments we have stayed

We stayed in Beiramar apartment in August 2014. It is a beautifully furnished duplex apartment with front and rear sunny terraces. the front terrace overlooks the beach. we was met at the apartment by Anne one of two ladies that mange this apartment, she is wonderful, friendly and a great source of information on the area.

Olhos D' Agua itself is a lovely fishing village with plenty of character and the best Italian restaurant called Fratelli's (which is just outside the apartment).

we would definitely book again and have recommended it to all our friends and colleagues.

Fabulous holiday

We have just returned from a 10 night stay in the apartment Berimar in Olhos do Agua and what a wonderful time we had. The apartment was fab it had everything you need to make it home from home. We took our 10 year daughter who loved every minute especially the pool area which when quiet we had to ourselves. It did get busy on the odd occasion so would recommend a few more sun beds in high season. The sea view from the balcony was wonderful. We would like to say a huge thank you to Debbie and Anne who could not have done anymore for us to make our stay a very special one. We will definitely be returning :-)

Beautiful Duplex Apartment

First time we have stayed in Apartment Beiramar but hopefully not the last! Beautiful duplex apartment with fantastic sea views and situated right in the heart of the fishing village of Olhos D'Agua above our favourite Italian restaurant Fratelli's! The apartment has everything you need for a stress free holiday and is furnished to a high standard. It has free internet access and two flat screened televisions! It has a large sunny balcony over-looking the sea and a large sunny rear terrace off the bedroom that leads up to the pool. This apartment is managed by two lovely ladies called Anne and Debbie who live locally and are on hand to meet and greet you and offer an excellent service before, during and after your stay. We had a wonderful time at this apartment and would not hesitate to book it again!

We accept bookings for arrival and departure on any day of the week and for any number of nights (if those dates are compatible with existing reservations).
Long term rentals during the low season period are available at monthly rates. Discounts and free child places may be given on bookings of 10 nights and over, but we may charge a small supplement on bookings of less than a week.
Payment terms are flexible - usually between 25% and 50% to confirm a reservation, with the balance on arrival.
Where a security deposit is requested this will be returned at departure

Changeover Day:
No set changeover - arrival/departure can be on any day of the week.
Usually check-in from 15.30pm and check-out at 10.30am. However if these times are not convenient, or compatible with your flight times, please let us know as we may be able to help.
