House in La Zenia, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Good Location, Close To Local Ameneties, 15 Minute Walk From The Beach
This is a comfortable 3 bedroom town house in La Zenia, it is very close (a short walk) from all local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Close by there is also large designer outlet retail area called La Zenia Boulevard which has only been open a couple of years. It is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach, these are lovely safe sandy beaches and in the season they have their own bars/restaurants. There is also the Hotel La Zenia which lets non-residents use the pool overlooking the beaches. Torrevieja is about 20 minute drive away and is the nearest large town with a large shopping centre and a lovely promenade along the beach. 15 minutes drive in the other direction is the Eroski shopping centre with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Extremely comfortable, excellent location
My family and I stayed here in August 2015 it's a very well located house close to Zenia Boulevard and easy walking distance to restaurants, 20 minute walk to the beach. They house is really nicely decorated and comfortable. The shared pool is just at the back of the property Excellent value for money
GREAT PLACE TO STAY
This is a lovely house which is close to everything that you need for a great holiday. There are good restaurants close by as well as supermarkets and the Zenia Boulevard. I would strongly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.
Activity and Interests
The nearest beaches are about a 15 minute walk, they are lovely safe sandy beaches which in season have there own bars/restaurants. There is also the Hotel La Zenia which allows non residents to use their pool overlooking the beaches.
The house is served by 2 airports, the nearest is Murcia airport which is only 20 minutes drive away the other airport is Alicante which is about 40 minutes drive. A car is not always necessary but can be useful and can be collected from both airports. Transport to and from the airports can be arranged.
The nearest big town is Torrevieja which is about a 20 minute drive it has plenty of shops etc. including the Habaneros shopping centre it also has a very nice promenade along the beach and a street market. A very nice village to visit is Villa Martin which has a very nice square with restaurants and bars. Also a short drive away is the nice seaside village of Mil Palmeras.
Close by (walking distance) is the new La Zenia Boulevard which has a full range of shops etc. even closer there are other shops, bars and resaurants. A short drive away there is a karting centre.

There is a £100 booking deposit required, full payment is needed 2 weeks before travel and there is a refundable £150 security deposit payable at this time.

- Notes on accommodation: This comfortable well appointed town house in the La Zenia area, about 20min drive from Torrevieja which has plenty to do with shops and bars and a lovely promenade. The house has a shared pool in a gated complex and is only a short walk from many bars, restaurants and shops, with a large designer retail area very close. There are several major golf courses within a short drive, the nearest being Villa Martin. There is also a Karting track close by. Every Saturday there is a very large street market which is about 1.5 kilometres long and sells virtually everything. Outside: There are enclosed patio areas to the front and rear of the property, the rear one leads out on to the pool area and has a barbecue and table and chairs. Both the upstairs bedrooms have patios with bedroom 2's patio having access to a rooftop solarium. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and bath towels (not beach towels) are provided and there is customer paid for cleaning service at the end of the let.
