Villa in Salobrena, Costa Tropical, Spain - Quiet Location On Exclusive Urbanisation

Fantastic villa in a quiet location on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros urbanisation. From the private parking space at the front of the villa and down some steps, the entrance leads directly into the very large lounge area. There are three separate seating areas, great for larger parties who want to enjoy the house together, but still have some separation. One of these areas leads out to a covered terrace area, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. From the lounge, there is a large, well equipped kitchen/diner with a table large enough to seat 9 people. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with wc. Upstairs the villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, one with a large en-suite bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have private terraces. The house is fully air conditioned. Outside, the garden, pool and terrace areas are particularly spacious. The swimming pool (9 x 4 metres) is surrounded by a fantastic, newly laid terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Adjacent to this area is a pergola with dining area, tiled seating area and built-in barbecue, great for dining out in the evenings. To one side of the villa is a grassed area with fruit trees and to the rear is a unique covered area with tiled seating and a beautiful feature fountain. To complete the outside areas is a shower, convenient to the terrace. Full access to the communal pool (with children's pool), tennis court and football pitch is free for guests staying at La Choza.

Breathtaking Villa

Over the last 10 years we have rented many villas in Spain and each time we have tried to raise the bar on the quality of the accommodation. This one will be very difficult to beat as the villa itself was beautifully maintained and furnished to a high standard, the location is terrific with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea and the 'Costa Tropical' coast line. On arrival we were warmly received by the Property Managers who were able to offer us advice and useful information regarding the local facilities. Sometimes when viewing pictures of villas on a website, the skill of the photographer can portray a slightly deceptive impression. However in this case the photographs look fantastic and we were more than pleased with the result when we arrived. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone considering a relaxing poolside holiday in Southern Spain.

The nearest shop is in La Caleta, on the other side of the road to Monte de los Almendros. There are also several bars here.

Salobrena is 5kms, with shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants.

Motril and Almunecar are both within 15 minutes drive with a wider variety of shops and places to visit.

Granada with the Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada skiing resort are both within an 1 - 1.5 hour drive away.

  • Notes on accommodation: In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a further area at the top of the house which can be set up as a further bedroom for children if required. Sorry no smoking or pets allowed. Outside: Large (9 x 4 meters) private swimming pool, surrounded by tiled terraces. Covered pergola with tiled seating area and dining table. Adjacent to this is the brick built barbecue. To the other side of the swimming pool is a shower. Lawned area with fruit trees to one side of the property and interesting covered area to the rear with seating and a feature fountain. Very spacious outside areas with plenty of room for larger parties. Utility Room: The washing machine is in a separate room adjacent to the garden area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will have been cleaned prior to your arrival. All linen and towels are included. Additional cleaning/linen changes during your stay can be arranged for a small fee.
