Location, they say, is everything, and this newly converted self-catering studio apartment with a balcony is situated one minute from harbour in the quiet, residential neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, the oldest and prettiest part of the Port of Soller. Large windows offer an uninterrupted view of the harbour and the mountains beyond and steps immediately beside the apartment lead directly down to the water's edge. Bars, cafés, restaurants and a good supermarket are within a three minute walk, and the tram to Soller is a four minute walk away. The air-conditioned apartment comprises a large, airy living and dining area from which French windows open out on to a balcony, a very well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, basin, WC and washing machine. This is truly a lovely apartment. It is exactly as described. The location is perfect and so close to all amenities. Towels and sheets were changed after 7 days. The balcony is a little small but you could open the two doors that lead on to the balcony and sit at the table with the sunlight pouring in. Everything you needed as regards kitchen equipment and utensils were there. Air conditioning was excellent and if you did not want the air conditioning on at night you could turn on the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Fantastic shower with great water pressure. The stairs that leads from the front door on the street to the door of the apartment is quite steep so you have to be careful. Even though you are in the hub of everything this apartment is on a quiet street so noise is not a problem at all. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and family. I hope to return next year.

A lovely, clean apartment located in a quiet location only a few moments away from the hub of Port de Soller with great restaurants, the tram to Soller, shops and a fantastic view where you can lose hours watching the boats leaving and returning to the port. A couple of minutes walk takes you to gently sloping, child friendly beaches. The apartment contained everything required and the only small criticism was the shower unit which was not very powerful. I would certainly like to stay here again and would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for an small apartment in the older part of the port.

Great location, lovely apartment and beautiful resort.

Thank you for letting us use your wonderful apartment in Port de Soller. It was exactly as described and the location couldn't be better. We loved port de Soller- plenty of shops, restaurants and people watching! Beaches were a two minute walk away and the whole area was spotlessly clean, friendly and safe. A perfect destination for a relaxing holiday, but with plenty on offer if we wanted it. We had some lovely walks into the hills behind, took the team up to Soller on market day, and hired a bike for a more strenuous pedal in the mountains. A fabulous stay.

This apartment is perfect.... Great location in beautiful Port De Soller with everything to hand. No need to hire a car if you just want to relax and unwind with a pretty beach, nice views and superb restaurants. We loved it.

Enjoyed a lovely sunny week in this well placed apartment. Great location to be based to discover Soller and Port de Soller. I would recommend the property, perfect for two and David was very helpful and accommodating, would love to return at some time in the future. Great choice of restaurants to choose from with local produce.

A Lovely Apartment

We really liked this apartment. It is light and airy with great views. The kitchen area is of good size and is nice to use. We liked the apartment's decoration; it was clean and well maintained. It's location is very good, being close to cafes and restaurants and it makes a great base for exploring Port de Soller and north west Mallorca.

The owner provided good service, communications were clear. We would strongly recommend the apartment to friends and relatives.

The Port of Soller is located in a natural harbour about two miles north west of the pretty town of Soller. The apartment is situated in the heart of the Santa Catalina area, the oldest and most attractive part of the port. Still very much a quiet residential area, lived in by local people, there are excellent shops, restaurants and bars within three minutes' walk. Within one minute's walk from the apartment, down some steps beside the building, you are at the water's edge in the harbour. The famous tram runs frequently between Soller and the Port, and from Soller you can take the train to Palma. Public transport is good and taxis are reasonably priced. Boats leave the harbour for various places along the coast. The apartment offers a great location for those wanting a holiday on the coast, and a great base from which to explore the island, including Deia, Fornalutx and Valldemosa, all of which are nearby.
