About the owners: We use our apartment as a home from home so we keep everything to high standard. Recently it has not been possible to use it to its full potential so for this reason we decided to rent out our apartment to other families and golfers so they can also enjoy the pleasures of staying on this 5 star Finca Cortesin Resort.

Finca Cortesin is a beautiful location set in the grounds of a luxury 5 star resort.

All local amenities, golf courses, beaches, bars and restaurants are all within 5 minutes drive from the resort, which made it a perfect choice for us.

What makes this apartment unique

On the resort there is a choice of 3 high class restaurants, a spa and gymnasium, hotel, bar, beach club, swimming pools, golf academy and not forgetting the Finca Cortesin Golf course which has been home to the Volvo Match Play Championships.

Notes on accommodation: This is a luxury modern, well decorated apartment in a good central location. This is a non-smoking apartment however smoking is allowed on the outside terraces. There will be a fine of 100 euros if this is not adhered to. Outside: The three communal pools have toilets and changing facilities. The pools, walkways, golf course and hotel complex are well maintained and beautifully illuminated at night. There are 6 pool loungers provided by us exclusively for your use when you are staying at the apartment. There are also plastic jugs and cups for your use around the the pool areas. Utility Room: Comes with all necessary cleaning equipment, washing machine, hoover, brushes, mops, bucket, ironing board, iron, clothes horses, 2nd fridge freezer and also houses boiler. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All necessary linen will be provided. Please note each time there is a change over between guests new linen is provided. If you require maid service in your stay this can be provided at an extra cost. Other: The apartment has a large private well furnished terrace for outside entertainment, entrance hall, lift, underground parking, security cameras and security guard patrolling the complex.

Well appointed apartment in quiet setting

Excellent spacious apartment with lovely views over the Finca Cortesin Golf Course. Furnishings and decor are of a very high quality, and it's well equipped throughout. Very clean and well maintained, comfy beds, powerful showers and a huge terrace perfect for evening drinks. The provision of beach towels was very helpful.

Short drive to the town where there are some super beach front restaurants, similarly we found a couple of lovely places to eat in the mountains behind the apartment.

It's worth noting that the air conditioning is on a timer that switches off every two hours and needs to be manually restarted, however fans are provided for during the night when this may be an issue in the heat of the summer.

Overall a super apartment and Nick is very helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending it. We visited the area with two boys aged 10 and 15 and found plenty to do - water park, beach, pool, tennis, inflatable water park in sea etc.

TOTALLY AMAZING!!

I have been going to the same part of Spain for 25 years and this place was a really nice change,it was total luxury ,spacious and just simply beautiful.The furnishings were to the highest spec,the pools were amazing and the views to die for.All in all, i could not fault the place ,which was also 5 mins in the car from all the various beaches and attractions yet still slightly secluded ,giving it an air of class.Thanks again to the owner who was really helpful and i will definitely go back next year,Paul.

Fantastic setting

First visit to Estepona fantastic setting highly recommend as the apartment had everything to offer the family with the most amazing terrace over looking the lovely views and golf course will be going back again!!

Booking Notes:
Reservation deposit payable is 25% of the total cost. This can be paid directly to my bank in Spain or my UK Bank electronically. Balance payable usually 8 weeks before departure. Bookings made closer to the departure date the full amount is required. A 5% discount off early booking if 6 months in advance. Damage/security deposit 0f £600 is required paid 8 weeks before departure and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure once the property has been checked & keys returned.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is preferred changeover day with an 11.00am checkout but we are flexible depending on demand. We apply the same principles as local hotels regards to vacating the apartment to allow servicing for new arrivals. Particular requests also.

Notes on prices:
A 5% discount off early booking if 6 months in advance. Damage/security deposit 0f £600 is required paid 8 weeks before the date of your holiday and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure once the property has been checked.
