To the rear of the apartment is the beautiful enclosed communal gardens with both Adult and Children's pools. Also within the mature gardens include Barbecue Area, with seating areas and outdoor toilets. Utility Room: Air Con fully installed, operated by a Euro coin meter, currently set at 1euro cost per 2.5 hours of Air Con use... Note: This is non profitable to the owner, it is set to cover the cost of the Air Con. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Guests normally like their own beach towels. Other: Large Storage Room with additional Fridge/Freezer. QUALITY ACCOMMODATION

This was our 3rd stay at this terrific accommodation. very spacious and airy. The standard of cleanliness is up with the best. The bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed with crisp linen and comfy pillows. The tiled bathroom is decorated to a very high standard with exceptional fittings, including a large walk-in shower.

Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. Not that we cook on holiday as restaurants and bars are on the "doorstep". The sitting room again is spacious with 2 new leather couches. This area also has TV with every channel possible... There is a conservatory style dining area which leads on to a balcony with the most fabulous sea views. Just perfect for relaxing day or night.

The owner Gary could not be more helpful .

I would not hesitate to recommend booking this apartment.

Perfect location for a summer holiday

Apartment is in a perfect location for Benalmedena. It really is beach front, only 30secs from the main bars & restaurants on the promenade.

The owners communication was superb and organised both taxi journeys to and from the airport upfront. The apartment has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, great sun terrace, balcony and a private pool for residents on the complex. Overall would recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Very comfortable and nice position.

We have stayed at this apartment on a number of occasions. The position is ideal - close to restaurants and bars, panoramic sea views and within easy walking distance to the Marina and Paloma Park.The apartment is very spacious and decorated to a high spec.

"Great Apartment"

We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights in August. Upon arrival Gary the owner was there to greet us and showed us how everything worked etc, The apartment had everything we could have wished for and the views from the balcony were excellent.

It is in the locality of some nice bars and restaurants and would not hesitate in recommending this apartment as top class. Gary the owner even organised our transfers to the airport. we will def be returning next year!!! Bernie and Wendy

Wow! Very impressive apartment. Spotlessly clean and well maintained by owner Gary. Just as the photos show. Apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in other apartments in this area and Gary's Apartment is far superior. We would not hesitate to return to this apartment . 😎😎
