To the rear of the apartment is the beautiful enclosed communal gardens with both Adult and Children's pools. Also within the mature gardens include Barbecue Area, with seating areas and outdoor toilets. Utility Room: Air Con fully installed, operated by a Euro coin meter, currently set at 1euro cost per 2.5 hours of Air Con use... Note: This is non profitable to the owner, it is set to cover the cost of the Air Con. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Guests normally like their own beach towels. Other: Large Storage Room with additional Fridge/Freezer. We had an amazing stay at this beach front apartment.Spotless and clean,this property has everything you could wish for.

The location is perfect near bars and restaurants and transportation links.

Gary arranged airport pick up and was there to greet us and show us around the property.Wifi and TV channels were all in place.

View from the balcony is truly amazing.

Can't wait to go back

Fantastic holiday in a great apartment. It is even better than it looks in the photographs! The view is spectacular and listening to the waves whilst on the balcony is just perfect. It is close to great bars, restaurants, shops and transport links. Gary has provided all mod cons in this spotlessly clean and spacious apartment. He was really helpful throughout the booking process. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again soon.

Had a wonderful holiday ,apartment in prime position could not ask for anything better.Gary was only a phone call away,fortunately we had no need to call him cannnot say anymore abut the property that has already been said in previous reviews

Living the dream

This was our 4th stay in this amazing apartment in the last 4 years been there twice in January in june and again in October doesn't matter what time of the year it is its always a fantastic place to stay

Very clean, cosy and very handy to the brilliant bars and restraunts close by

Gary and Lena the owners are always helpful and always go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable

Can't wait to go back this year if we can get booked?

Exellent all rounder

We stayed in this appartment over xmas and it was amazing !!! In a fabulous location extremly clean , exellent facilities , gary the owner was very friendly and helpful . Would highly recomend , and we would definatly stay again .
