I look forward to my mini breaks in Tenby, but in the main season I want people to enjoy my lovely new flat. I love swimming off South Beach, I can take a gentle walk to the beach in my bath robe and be out of the sea and into my hot shower within 3 mins,, that's if I haven't called in for a quick coffee at the beach bar.!

Why Alison Thomas chose Tenby

This is a perfect location in Tenby. You can park all the year round nearby at the car park end of the street. A quiet street. Every where is within easy walking distance but you are not in the noisy hub bub. South beach is 3 mins away, a beautiful beach with sand dunes stretching to Penally. You can get away from people here and take a wilderness walk. Yet you have a great beach side bar and grill and you are a 5 mins walk to the main street, harbour and Castle and North beach. The flat is in a beautiful Victorian Building, lovely sweeping staircase. It is recently converted, so has the lovely high ceilings, but wooden flooring and airy spaciousness. It is south facing so full of light. I bought it because I wanted a sea view, and I can sit at my breakfast table looking out to see.

Tenby is vibrant and full of charactor whether in full season or quiet off season times. the colourful buildings and Victorian charm are the backdrop to the sparkling water. It has 3 beaches, water sports, trips to Caldey Island. Good food in various cafes, deli's and beach bars. Galleries and museums. Good walking and sightseeing in surrounding areas. Golf Links course 5 mins away.

Home from.home we didn't want to.leave! well positioned fully equipped, spotless and spacious

Absolutely beautiful flat that had a lovely sea view. Everything was so.clean and the accommodation was spacious and light and airy. The double bedroom had a balcony plus an ensuite. We will definitely be staying again. Word of warning the traffic wardens work 24/7 on the esplanade road that runs parallel along south beach and are very quick to.ticket your car. Use the parking in the side street or the near my car park.

Lovely light apartment with great sea views and stone throw from the beach!

Alison’s flat is lovely and spacious and was perfect for our family of 3. Our 2 year old loved her own room and described it as her ‘house’ 2 bathrooms made our stay easier. Flat clean and nicely decorated. Pleased there were basics such as tea towels and hand towels etc as have found this isn’t always the case at other stays. Beach was 2 minutes walk and really accessible for all. Parking can be tricky, visiting out of season we were lucky and parked outside the door virtually the whole stay however can see why this would be tricky during peak stays as spaces for non residents are limited. Only feedback which didn’t stop us from having a great time was that WIFI dropped out first night and didn’t come back. Fridge door only just meets so was initially concerned if it was working properly although seemed to keep our food cold enough. We ate out for all meals apart from breakfast on last day (using the grill for some bacon and tomato) the fan is ok but struggled to prevent the smoke detector going off a lot- it definitely works!! Would definitely consider returning and have already suggested it to friends to come. Thanks again xx

A lovely flat within easy reach of the town and beach

We had a lovely weekend stay in Tenby. The flat is just off the main esplanade and a few minutes walk into the town. There is a sea view from the living room window. Lots to do in the local area too. Perfect location.

The flat is very comfortable with everything you could need. We stayed with a 5yr old and a 1yr old and there was plenty of space. The 5yr old loved his bedroom which he called his 'den' and was snug and cosy. The main room had plenty of space for a travel cot and also has an ensuite. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

Many thanks to Alison for excellent communication throughout and making it so easy. We hope to return one day.

Perfect Stay

Had the most lovely stay. Appartment lovely and clean. Shower nice and powerful. Comfy bed. Well equipt kitchen. Would love to stop here again.

Good location

Good location to the south beach .

Overall thoughts of the flat clean and tidy . Little bit of up keep and maintaining needed . Tap unit loose on the sink in the bathroom . Couldn't open windows in living room . So got quite hot with the sun been on that side of the building all day . Other then that it was a good apartment.
