Neat and tidy. Clean facilities.

Great little property to get to the lakes. House had good facilities. Nice open fire and log burner that owner kindly left wood and fuel for. Large bathroom with plenty of towels and modern shower. Town is nice with some great pubs. Recommend the rose and crown and farmers inn. Would stay again. Cheers

total tranquility

All mod cons that a property needs but still retaining nice period features like a log burner in the kitchen/diner and a real fire in the other living room, period floor tiles and many many others features, Halloween was wonderful here, the town centre regularly has events and it had a pumpkin contest and a spooky guided walk.

The property is in a great place, with great views from the bedroom windows, the house as all mod cons, like a great shower, a bath tub that two can easily fit in, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, it even has internet.

Amazing property! Great lakeland location

Had a 2 week stay of walking and climbing in the lakes. This was an ideal location and Ulverston town is great for everything you need. The cottage was fantastic, 2 good sized bedrooms and well equipped kitchen with a log burning stove, great to come back to after a big day out in the hills. Easily accommodates 4. Being able to take the dogs was a bonus. The owner did everything he could to ensure that the cottage was warm and clean for our arrival and 2 weeks stay. Much appreciated. Cheers mate. Dave, Lancs
