Situated at the base of the stunning karpaz peninsula , a 10 min drive to Bogaz harbour and resteruants, historic famagusta and salamis ancient ruins are nearby,This peaceful location offers an ideal break for both families or couples to explore the delights of North Cyprus.

A refundable £250 deposit is also required for breakages/damages.

Please note weekly rate includes £30 electricity allowance. Excessive use over this will be deducted from your breakages deposit.

10% discount for stay of 2 weeks all longer.

Relaxing seaside holiday

We spent a week in this spacious, well furnished apartment. The owner arranged a car to pick us up from the airport directly to the apartment. Very impressive! We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome package of fresh bread, milk, cheese, egg, jam and butter, considering we arrived at midnight.

The wow factor was having your own pool and an amazing view of the beach, situated only 100 yards away. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool sitting on the decking. The beach was tranquil with clear typical Mediterranean waters. Kayaks and single boards were free to use on the beach and a great way to have fun. Hiring a car (the owner arranged this - at a very reasonable rate) is a must to explore other beaches, restaurants and historical sites in the region. A visit to Turtle bay and Kaplika beach is highly recommended. Stop en route for a bite at Alevkayali restaurant to sample a typical local N-Cyprus sweet baklava. Closer to Bogaz, try Kiyi restaurant for a great atmosphere, sitting on a pier to dine and feed wild seabass. Visiting the Salamis ruins is a must. Stock up at Lemar supermarket in Bogaz for essentials.

A very relaxing holiday, happy parents, happy kids, made even better by great through and after care of the owner.

Would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment in a lovely location

We had a great holiday. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained in a tranquil location just yards from the beach. I really enjoyed sitting out on the decking looking out to the sea. Has its own pool which is ideal for cooling down in. There is also a magnificent communal pool which is absolutely huge, but was never busy during our stay. We also enjoyed using the other facilities on the complex, crazy golf, bowls, the kayaks and the gym, The resort has its own small restaurant which is quite nice and run by Simi who is very accommodating. There is also a very nice restaurant about 10 mins away called Zephyrs which we went to on a few occasions. Car advisable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer. The owner, Martin is very helpful and goes the extra mile to please. I would definitely recommend this property to others seeking a chilled and relaxing holiday.

Amazing

When we arrived we were delighted with the beachfront location and modern superbly equipped apt .The apt pool was ideal for my family to use . Beach was less than a minutes stroll .Would recommend highly .

Special interest holidays:

Turtle conservation on the island, historical sites and castles in Salamis and surrounding areas.

Coast/Beach:

Direct access to private beach is a couple minutes walk from the apartment (approx 200m).

Travel:

Thalassa is easily accessible from both airports, Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus is only 68km away (1 hour 10 minutes), and Larnaca airport in Southern Cyprus is 94km away (1 hour 30 minutes).

Distances:

The apartment is also very close to the village of Bafra, and a few minutes drive away from the fishing village of Bogaz. Here you will find a selection of beach front restaurants & bars. Continue another 15 minutes or so along the coastal road and you will reach the historic towns of Famagusta and Salamis.
