Outside: The exterior has open and covered terraces with the villa sitting on an elevated position above the stunning pool. There is private off road parking and a convenient car port. There is an in-built barbecue and sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs are provided. Pool dimensions are 9x4m, 1-1.8m depth, with access via roman steps. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included including pool towels. Property prepared for arrival with a mid-stay change of towels/linen and a bathroom clean for two week bookings.

We love the tranquil rural setting, surrounded by pretty countryside and the fabulous panoramic sea view. Since purchasing we have renovated and improved Casa Amarela to make it a very comfortable and attractive holiday home.

What makes this villa unique

Casa Amarela is conveniently located near the small country town of Moncarapacho which boasts several excellent restaurants, numerous cafes and all other amenities. The coastal town of Fuzeta is a short drive away and here you will find an excellent beach reached by ferry, a fascinating antiques market held once a month and of course freshly caught fish and seafood are served daily in sea front restaurants at very affordable prices! The elegant town of Tavira (12km) and is perhaps the loveliest town on the Algarve with a beautiful and well preserved historic center, countless restaurants, bars and cafes together with an accredited blue flag beach. Combine all this with the fantastic climate, then there is much on offer for visitors.

For information on flexible change-overs and short-breaks outside peak season, please speak with the Owner.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due for payment six weeks before arrival date.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
