The living area and two of the three bedrooms have wonderful sea views.The open plan kitchen/living room is a superb vaulted room at first floor level overlooking the sea and the beach, with French doors opening out onto a decked balcony with panoramic views. The balcony is furnished for al fresco dining. Croyde Bay is part of the beautiful Heritage Coastline in North Devon and is a favourite destination for families and surfers alike. Croyde village is a charming little hamlet of thatched cottages with many places to eat, buy gifts and hire beach equipment - including surfboards. There are a variety of restaurants and pubs in the area, to make your stay in North Devon an enjoyable one, no matter what time of year you visit. Our stay at Out of the Blue

We loved the property it was comfortable and you had everything you could possibly need. The views were fantastic and it was great to go to sleep to the sound of the sea. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely go again. The village was a short walk with 2 good pubs with home cooking.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of a third of the full amount will be needed when the booking is made with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.

Generally short breaks are accepted from October – end of March but we will accept a short break booking in the high season, if we have availability close to the time.

Changeover Day:
The changeover day is generally a Saturday from April through to the end of September.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks are generally only accepted from October – end of March, unless we have availability much closer to the time and the prices, taking into account maximum occupancy, are calculated on a percentage basis (not a nightly rate), e.g. 2 nights - 75%, 3 nights – 80% and 4 nights – 85% of the full weekly rate at that time and 5 – 7 nights will cost the full weekly price.

The deposit needed at the point of booking is a third of the full amount and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.

Notes:

  • Outside: The garden is divided into two tiers and overlooks the beach. From the ground floor both double bedrooms have French doors opening onto a small patio area and the garden. From the first floor (lounge) there are also French doors opening out onto a decked balcony with panoramic views. The balcony is furnished for al fresco dining. A slipway at the side of the car parking area reaches the beach at low tide. Well behaved Dogs are accepted at an additional cost of £30 per pet, per week or short break booking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The beds will be made up and there will be a white bath sheet and bath towel per person. Please note you must take your own beach towels. The living area is tastefully furnished in a nautical theme with white New England style modern furniture giving a contemporary feel and the dining area has a glass and white trestle table with six white dining chairs.
