Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment on the edge of Old Town.

Excellent location, situated on a prestigious tree-lined boulevard within 10 minutes walk of 12 of the top 20 restaurants in Tripadvisor (out of over 500 in the Antibes/Juan les Pins area). Three excellent beaches within 400 yards with local transport to other beaches on Cap d'Antibes. Activities such as sailing, fishing, scuba diving etc. all available locally.

The apartment has a large, sunny open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen and two balconies, one of which has views of the sea and Cap d’Antibes. With 2 bedrooms it accommodates 4 people comfortably and a cot is also provided. Secure parking, but no driving is necessary to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.

Please note that booking is from Saturday to Saturday, except in low season.

Outside: The main balcony from the living room has a table and four chairs, and views of the sea and Cap d'Antibes Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The flat is cleaned at the end of every tenancy. One set of linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided during your stay and are included in your price. Additional cleaning + linen services are available at an extra cost on request.

The apartment catered for our needs very well as its within walking distance to the old town and beaches as well as the restaurants on the promenade. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped for families with young children. We would definitely stay there again

Lovely Apartment In The Heart Of Antibes

A truly exceptional apartment. My family and I have visited Antibes on many occasions and have stayed in several apartments. However, we all felt that this was special. Terrific location, furnished to a high standard and well maintained with a wonderful aspect from the balcony overlooking Albert 1er and the sea in the distance. We will definitely return and next time will look to make use of the car parking provided. Another real plus of this wonderful apartment. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is first rate giving easy access both to the superb sandy beaches and to the fabulous old town. The apartment itself is really lovely and is exactly as depicted in the photos - good quality fixtures and fittings , every kitchen utensil you can think of, Wifi and air conditioning throughout. The owners provide a useful guide to the apartment and the area. They also gave us a contact number for a taxi to/from the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity although our preference was to wander slowly along the coastal path to the old town to soak up the atmosphere. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Changeover day is Saturday in high and mid season. Flexible during low season. Arrival at 4pm and departure at 10am. This may be flexible, if required. A reliable English speaking person will meet you at arrival and will assist you with any queries.

Minimum booking period one week. Deposit of 25% to be paid within one week of booking. Remainder to be paid one month before arrival. Refundable damage deposit of £500.00.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
