Apartment in Antibes - Sunny Aspect With Sea Views

Modern spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment on the edge of Old Town.

Excellent location, situated on a prestigious tree-lined boulevard within 10 minutes walk of 12 of the top 20 restaurants in Tripadvisor (out of over 500 in the area). Three excellent beaches within a short walk with local transport to other beaches on Cap d'Antibes. Activities such as sailing, fishing, scuba diving etc. all available locally.

The apartment has a large, sunny open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen and two balconies, one of which has views of the sea and Cap d’Antibes. With 2 bedrooms it accommodates 4 people comfortably. A cot is also provided. Secure building with parking in underground garage.

Please note that booking in high season is from Saturday to Saturday.

Outside: The main balcony from the living room has a table and four chairs, and views of the sea and Cap d'Antibes Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The flat is cleaned at the end of every tenancy. We live in the rolling hills of northern Maryland, USA.

Perfect in so many ways!

Our experience was the same as the others who reviewed this apartment: lovely, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, well located. I will add some of our favorite features: 1) On Thursday mornings there is a street market along Rue Albert 1er where vendors sell clothing, jewelry, hats, bags, shoes, cosmetics, and just about everything else! It’s fun for shopping and people-watching. 2) Although the flat faces south and east and is very bright, there are excellent shades that create a very dark sleeping environment. 3) Only steps from a bistro facing the sea called Le Phenicia which serves fabulous Libanese Lemonade (virgin or with a shot of your favorite spirit).

I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Fabulous apartment

A fabulous apartment close to the beach, town centre and a host of good cafes and restaurants. Exactly as shown in the photos, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and we really enjoyed having breakfast out on the sunny balcony each morning. John and Kristina provided really helpful instructions regarding directions around the area and also about which restaurants were good and which to avoid. The main beach was an easy walk, as was the local supermarket and old town. We even woke up one morning to find the local markets had set up very conveniently in the street below! We would definitely choose to book the apartment again (we do hope to come back again to Antibes – this was our second visit and we love the town) and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Lovely Apartment In The Heart Of Antibes

A truly exceptional apartment. My family and I have visited Antibes on many occasions and have stayed in several apartments. However, we all felt that this was special. Terrific location, furnished to a high standard and well maintained with a wonderful aspect from the balcony overlooking Albert 1er and the sea in the distance. We will definitely return and next time will look to make use of the car parking provided. Another real plus of this wonderful apartment. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is first rate giving easy access both to the superb sandy beaches and to the fabulous old town. The apartment itself is really lovely and is exactly as depicted in the photos - good quality fixtures and fittings , every kitchen utensil you can think of, Wifi and air conditioning throughout. The owners provide a useful guide to the apartment and the area. They also gave us a contact number for a taxi to/from the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity although our preference was to wander slowly along the coastal path to the old town to soak up the atmosphere. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Special interest holidays:

The Monaco Grand Prix can easily be reached by train or car. Cannes Film Festival is 10 minutes away. Jazz at Juan is within walking distance. A major Antiques Fair is held in Antibes every year.


Within 5 minutes walk are two wide sandy beaches, one with a sailing school. There is also a beach near the port 10 minutes walk away. Plage Garoupe and Juan le Pins are also within walking distance or a short bus ride away. All beaches are sandy and serviced by plenty of bars and restaurants.


Nice airport is 19km away, and has car rental on site. There is a frequent bus service from the airport to Antibes railway station into the early evening. The railway station is 10 minutes walk with trains to Nice in 20 minutes and Cannes in 10. The bus station is 5 minutes walk away and services many small towns and villages in the region . All local bus trips cost 1 euro.


Nice, Monaco, St Tropez, Cap Ferrat and Italy are easily reached by car. Juan le Pins is within walking distance and Cannes 10 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Local supermarket, banks and shops under 5 minutes walk. Several restaurants on our doorstep, and many more bars and restaurants in the old town within 10 minutes walk away.

Excellent coastal walks on the Cap. Historical Town. Picasso Museum. Grass, Mougins, Biot, St Paul de Vence within an easy reach. Nice Old Town with its flower market is well worth a visit.
