Located in the heart of Baroque Rome, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, in a former convent of the Maroniti friars, for your Roman holidays, a delightful apartment finely renovated and furnished with independent entrance. The apartment Casa Trevi Garden 2 overlooks a beautiful garden with orange trees, palm trees and fish fountains and turtles.

A unique oasis in the center of Rome far from the buzzing street and crowd where you can enjoy the quietness of the garden after your excursions and enjoy quiet nights for a restorative sleep.

Just outside the door of the building you can find the most famous wonders of the historic center of Rome: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Via del Babuino and Via Margutta with its artists’ stidi and antique shops. All the beauties of Rome are within walking distance.

The former convent where the apartment is located is just a few steps away from the heart of Roman shopping: Via Condotti, Via Frattina, Via del Tritone, Via del Corso.

The apartment

The apartment (for 2/3 people) is an open-plan apartment with sleeping area with double bed and living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, large bathroom with shower and double sink.

In the living area there is a sofa that turns into a comfortable single bed for the third person.

The apartment overlooks directly into the common garden.

Just outside the main door you can find the most famous marvels of Rome’s historical centre: Fontana di Trevi; Spanish Steps ; the Pantheon; Piazza Navona, Foro Romano, Foro Traiano, Campo dei Fiori. You can find many bars and restaurants too.

Why Marta Nicolini chose Trevi

I chose to buy CASA TREVI GARDEN N. 2 because that apartment is in a big beautiful garden and in the heart of Rome, close Trevi's Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The garden is far to the street and it is very quiet. There are some fountains with fishes and turtles. Many year ago the building was a friary, inside there is a church and cloister. When the building was restore they found a Roman 'Domus' with columns and mosaic flooring. The window door overlook a wonderful inner garden complete with orange trees, olive trees and fountains in which fish and tortoises swim.

You can live in a peaceful place.

Outside: that apartment is in a big beautiful garden and in the heart of Rome, close Trevi's Fountain and Spanish Steps. The garden is far to the street and it is very quiet. There are some fountains with fishes and turtles. Many year ago the building was a friary, inside there is a church and cloister. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. If the guestes stay 1 week in the middle is included a change the towels.

My mother and her best friend stayed here and had a fabulous time. The apartment was well equipped and the location was perfect, she would have loved to have stayed another week.

Tidy, little flat in the center of Rome

When we arrived the first time at Casa Trevi ( ten years ago) we could verify that every things was exactly as Marta's description on her ads.The flat is very nice, well kept and fully equipped. The ideal site for a vacation in Rome. Located in the middle of all the roman beauties as soon as you cross the entrance door you are in a private, peaceful and safe orange trees garden. Nearby there are many food shops and a very good small restaurant named " Sora Lucia ". In any case Marta is always giving you all the info and suggestions you may need to enjoy your stay in Rome. I have already recommended both the two Casa Trevi flats to my friends and relatives and all of them where satisfied and....just to finish, my sister and I will keep going to Marta's property every time in Rome, we feel very well there!
