This is a beautiful two bedroom ground floor apartment. It has a large rear patio and garden. It is only 4km from Paphos Airport. The village of Mandria is but a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Set on the ground floor of a modern complex, surrounded by Orange groves, this contemporary apartment is the perfect pad, for a truly special holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. The village has excellent Tavernas and modern restaurants including the fantastic "Fish and Chip restaurant". The apartment is adjacent to the swimming pool and is just 10 minutes from the airport. The bustling tourist resort of Kato, Paphos is a 15-20 minute drive away, whilst the beautiful Troodos Mountains are a leisurely 45 minute drive from the property.

About Bookings

My name is Kevin and I live in Sutton in Surrey. I have been going to Cyprus over 10 years when my sister was married in Paphos at the Annabelle Hotel. After many visits to Cyprus I decided to Invest in a property that I could escape to, when I needed that break, from the fast pace of life at work here in the UK. Cyprus is the perfect place to unwind and re-charge the batteries, ready for life back at home in the fast lane!

Why Bookings chose Paphos & Suburbs

After many visits to Cyprus I found the lovely tranquil village of Mandria. Its a nice friendly relaxing place in a country location with nice walks which take you to the beach in approximately 15 minutes. Paphos airport which is only a 10 min drive is very convenient. You do not have to worry about lengthy journeys too and from the airport. Mandria is a very relaxed place, with friendly Tavernas, which are very good value. I have met lots of new friends, since coming to this village. I bought the apartment primarily as a holiday escape for family and friends and because I love the relaxed village of Mandria.

What makes this apartment unique

Walking distance to the village. Lovely landscaped gardens and a pool with a stones throw of a distance from the apartment. There are 3 excellent Golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive that is a real treat for a keen golfer like myself.

Spacious 2 bed property in a fab location.

Stayed here with my husband and son for 10 days in oct/nov. Property has a lovely garden which gets the sun all day. Owner Kevin very helpful both before and during our stay with any queries we had. Well equipped appartment within easy walking distance of restaurants.

The ground floor property was clean, well maintained and had everything you would need

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, the pool is just across from the property, it was always quiet and kept very clean.Agnes the cleaning lady is always on hand if you have any problems. Mandria village is just a 5 min walk away, if you were just wanting a relaxing holiday there is everything you need in Mandria there are 3 restaurants, fish and chip shop, Indian/Chinese restaurant, there is a well stocked supermarket/ gift shop. The beach is a 10 min walk away where there is a beach bar and toilet facilities. We did hire a car and got out and about Cyprus is a lovely place to visit there is plenty to see and do, we will definitely be returning,

Fantastic golf just a shot away!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a very pleasant holiday. It was as described and the owner was extremely good and prompt at communicating. There are 3 very good golf courses within a short drive so an excellent base if you are in Cyprus to play golf. Good position for touring the Troodos mountains and the motorway for Nicosia.

A Little Gem

Kevin is an absolute gentleman to deal with and does his very best to make sure everything is ok at the other end when you arrive. Use Adonis taxi in the village. fantastic value to go out for that special evening (try Muse in Old Paphos or Ocean Basket in Paphos you will need to book). Mandria is lovely and you are really spoilt with good eating places at value for money within easy walking distance and you do not need a torch. Agnes the lady who cares for the upkeep of the apartment is on hand should you need any help and can give you tips on places to visit. Enjoy (We did)

Our holiday in Mandria

Lovely apartment in a nice and quiet part of Cyprus, ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

It is only a short walk to the village of Mandria which has local supermarket, bars and restaurants.

If you fancy a bit more life it is only a short drive or taxi ride to the main Pathos strip.

Would definitely visit again.

lovely apartment everything you need included.good area near to village.recomend a car rental for a few days to visit other places.apartment on arrival was clean and welcoming maybe need a few instructions for wich switch did what but easy to find out.
