There are 3 sun terraces. One shared by two of the bedrooms, a front terrace and a large terrace at the top of the house, ideal for secluded sunbathing. The spacious dining and living area has comfortable leather sofas, chairs and occasional furniture. Flat LCD satellite TV , DVD and CD player. FREE wifi. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. The two patio doors lead out to a stunning private rear garden with a large area laid in traditional paving with trees and shrubs surrounding, there are comfortable sunbeds, and a shaded seating area, a Webber style BBQ is also provided. This townhouse is one of very few on the complex that is not overlooked from the back of the house so there is a larger amount of privacy when in the rear garden or on the sun terraces. Parking is easy and convenient outside the house.

Why Pam Andrews chose Marbella

The house has met all our holiday needs since we brought it when it was first built in 2006, as there is so much for children and teenagers to do. The clubhouse with the paddle tennis and pool and delicious cafe/restaurant. There are other cafes and a tapas bar next to the supermarket which is conveniently only a couple of blocks away from the house.

Puerto Banus is an easy walk away with its great beaches, extensive shopping, cinema and famous night life! There is parking outside the house, though taxis and buses are easily available for travelling to Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro, Estopona, and all the other lovely towns and villages nearby.

What makes this house unique

We feel so lucky to be able to enjoy this lovely house, as it is spacious enough for us all be together or with with partners and friends. Our stays are always too short and we never want to leave!

We have done much to improve the house by upgrading the kitchen, buying the ideal pieces of furniture and spending lots of time gardening, we love the peace and quiet and beautiful smell of the Jasmine sitting in our 'special piece of heaven' and that is what we miss when we are in the UK, (that and the sun!

"Fantastic home from home"

We stayed here on a family holiday (2 adults 2 children aged 9 and 12 years). This house was great spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool is just 3 doors away which was great and we had it all to ourselves. The supermarket is just a few minutes walk away so very handy.

Booking was very straight forward and the owner is very helpful and accommodating. The agent even arrange a taxi for us. We would recommend this house.

"Even Better Than Last Year!"

Another great holiday staying in this beautiful townhouse. Once again the weather was perfect and we made use of the pool and all the different terraces for sunbathing. The garden is now so colourful and has a lovely smell of Jasmine in the evening which is incredibly peaceful. It is such a pleasure to sit in the garden and relax.

Notes on accommodation: The house is looked after by a professional local management company should any problems arise and are available 24 hours for emergencies, to ensure you have a trouble free, stress free holiday. We offer a meet and greet service to make your arrival smooth and easy, so no worry about having to find keys etc. We also offer welcome packs, should you wish for this service. Outside: The shared landscaped swimming pool is just 30 meters from our home so very close by without the risk of being disturbed by noise, the pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols within a secure garden environment which is only available to residents with a key, which we provide. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen provided, Bath towels provided. For a very small cost we can supply beach towels if you are planning to travel light! Beautiful marble flooring throughout. Easy parking directly outside the house. Hire of cots and highchairs can easily be arranged. Flexible changeover day except during July and August when we only accept bookings on Saturdays.

Ideal home for a relaxing holiday

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous stay in Puerto Banus. The property was exactly as expected, spacious, clean, lovely outdoor area that, had the weather been a little warmer, we would have eaten in (as well as swimming in the inviting pool). The location was perfect, not too far from Orange Square, as well as being able to enjoy a night out in the Port.

This home would be ideal for a family holiday, as well as couples looking for a get away in the sun, we cannot recommend it enough.

Town House at los Naranjos de Marbella

Nicely laid out and well equipped 3 bedroom townhouse with 3 terraces and pool close by. This location was walking distance to Puerto Banus (20 mins) and the seafront and offers easy access onto the motorway to visit other areas if desired. We visited in September and the weather was perfect, it was also quite quiet which suited us. The pool area is lovely with sun and shade to suit everyone. There is a supermarket within walking distance of the house. We had a car so it was handy to be able to park at the front door.

A fabulous holiday home

Staying in this beautiful and spacious house was one of the best holidays I have had. To begin with, communication was excellent and any questions were answered promptly. On arrival,the house was spotless, very comfortable, with ample clean bed linen and towels – very much a home from home! The location was perfect, not only in terms of the beach being a stone’s throw away, but amenities were close to hand, such as a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The roof terrace was a real sun catcher by day and a scenic spot to feast on tapas in the evenings, for a truly Mediterranean experience. Furthermore, it was also a perfect base for us to visit the historical city of Ronda, with it’s stunning mountainous views en route. Lounging by the swimming pool, enclosed with beautiful gardens was also a treat on days that we didn't visit the beach. Thank you for spoiling us with such a memorable and enjoying stay!

Another wonderful week!

Yet again, we have had another wonderful stay at Los Naranjos. We loved the fresh food cafe, which is just around the corner, where we had breakfast every day! Managed two trips to the markets and plenty of time by the pool. We love it here and will be back next year!

Fabulous, relaxing and just perfect

His is the fourth time I have stayed in this house, because I know I can be assured of a perfect holiday. The house has everything you could want, clean well stocked and luxurious. The location makes it easy to get to central Puerto Banus but far enough away for it to be quiet. There is an excellent supermarket and tapas bar within a 5 minutes walk away, and don't forget the private secluded pool.

A week away in this lovely home is not enough. The house has everything needed for ease of living. All clean and newly decorated.

Special interest holidays:

On this beautifully well maintained complex, there is the clubhouse which hosts a sophisticated bar and bistro which serves delicious inexpensive breakfasts lunches and dinners.. There is also a large swimming pool and an area with a bouncy castle, and an area ideal for children to play ball games. It is a relaxing place to spend time enjoying a drink and to meet other holiday makers and locals. The newly totally refurbished clubhouse is becoming famous for its entertainments on selected evenings. Paddle tennis courts are available to hire and they are very happy to arrange lessons and the use of racquets. They also run fitness classes which you are welcome to join, for a small fee! If you wish to play tennis there are courts to hire at the back of the complex.

Recently opened is a lovely yoga centre at the side of the restaurants and supermarket, where you can literally pop in for a session. The views of the mountains from the studio is breathtaking and all sessions are run in English. There is also a masseuse next door.


The Costa del Sol, which translates into english as Coast of the Sun, is a region of Southern Spain. As the name implies, the region consists of the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline found in the province of Malaga.

There are numerous attractions and activities to enjoy along the Costa del Sol.


The Costa del Sol has become a popular destination for foreign tourists not only for its beaches but also for its local culture, with the quintessential flamenco playing an important role. The area is particularly famous for its towns like Marbella, which provides the Costa del Sol with its reputation for being a playground for its super-rich and famous visitors. Marbella Old Town is somewhere not to be missed.

Recently opened is a large supermarket on the complex which is so convenient that it will be just a two minute stroll to get all your provisions. Next door to the supermarket is a great tapas bar, we haven't found cheaper drinks! This is open from morning to night that also offers free wifi and next door to that is a delightful health food cafe with delicious meals to tempt you. Also less than 1km away is a supermarket open seven days per week 24 hours a day for all your basic needs along with many bars, clubs and restaurants, before you arrive in Puerto Banus itself.

The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars, restaurants some around the picturesque harbour not to mention the fabulous designer shops and those with a more modest pocket! On Saturdays there is a large local market at the bullring in Puerto Banus and you can find markets in all the surrounding towns on most days of the week. You can find a list of all of these in our house.
