House in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. - Quiet And Select Location One Minute From Shops, Four Minutes To Beaches

This is a very modern duplex on a quiet and small very well maintained community with great communal pool. Free wifi.

Built on two floors.

Downstairs is a relaxing private sun terrace receiving sun most of the day, there are sunbeds and lovely wooden outside dining table and parasol. Very bright lounge with two double patio doors opening onto terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher. Downstairs shower and toilet. Seperate area with washing machine.

Upstairs is two double bedrooms, private terrace on double bedroom and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower toilet, bidet and wash basin finished in marble.

The communal pool is a nice size and very close with lots or room to sunbath

Local shops and restaurants are one minute away, the beaches and main strip are four minutes. You can see the golf course from the property.

The complex is quiet and peaceful and kept to a good standard. Only a few minutes walk away is the main strip of Puerto del Carmen with all its amenities. There are several beaches to the left and right just across the main road.

Plenty of parking just twenty meters from the front door. Outside: Private and secure sun terrace with BBQ, sun beds and outside dining table and parasol. Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes drying area, boogie boards, snorkel and mask, towels and spare linen Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House will be cleaned for your arrival with fresh sheets and towels. Spare set of sheets and towels also in place plus beach towels. All kitchen utensils supplied. Other: Outside sun terrace with sunbeds, outside dining set with parasol and BBQ.

A memorable stay

Brimming with amenities, this property has everything you need for a fantastic getaway. With flat screen TV, hard drive with a multitude of movies, X box, a lovely pool area, sunny terrace, and the beach a 5 min walk provides hours of fun for all ages. It certainly worked for me and the kids 15 and 17. The property was spotlessly clean and convenient amenities such as dishwasher, fridge freezer & BBQ make it easy to entertain. Thats if you don't fancy the 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants that the main strip of Puerto del Carmen have to offer, from typical Spanish tapas, fresh fish by the waters edge or Japanese you are spoilt for choice. Enjoy the cool sea air of an evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. Close to the main beach, summer fun is at your fingertips. You’ll find jet skiing, pedalo rental, snorkelling, diving, restaurants, bars and golf within ten minutes or less. My only regret I wish I could have stayed longer. That was soon remedied as before we left we booked again for a week in the Summer!! A big thank you to Paul for being on hand prior to booking answering all my questions and his recommendations. My husband was delighted with the off road motorbike trip you suggested.

Superb property and location

Beautiful accomodation,very clean,welcome pack upon arrival,everything you need indoors and out.Very large sun terrace,with full sun all day,even though school summer holidays,pool was very quiet,so my kids could have a good swim and splash about.Outside amenities brilliant-short walk to Spar and restaurants,bars,shops,something for everyone.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday from start to finish.Thankyou to Paul and his

team....we're looking at booking for 3 weeks next time...

ideal for rest and play

from start to finish no problems at all,

requested booking and paul replied within the hour,after booking we were kept informed all the way.

10 mins from airport,easy to find,any problems with taxi driver just say casino and it is the top of the road opposite.

the complex was amazingly peacefull which suits us as we spend a lot of time on the balcony,we dont use the pool but there were never anyone there when we looked,probably because a few houses were residencial,hence the peace and quite.although we dont cook or watch television the house was full of utensils,towels for people who do,so no problems there.

we met paul the second day and straight away i found him to be honest and trustworty,a really nice and helpfull person.

on the verdict of pdc usual variety of bars and restraunts but my tip as in any holiday resort is to wander up the side streets,you will be amazed at what you find.

my wife said she enjoyed the break,so if she says that then it must be good.

overall we had everything we wanted,great house,nice food,a few drinks,we always average of arriving back about midnight after a night out.but best of all when we arrived home we felt this was one of the rare occasions we felt like we have had a rest.

Comfortable & Relaxing Stay

We stayed in this apartment last week of January 17. This is a really well kept two floor house in a very quiet area in Puerto Del Carmen. Its about a 10 minute walk from the main strip slightly elevated. Very close to the Spar supermarket which is very well stocked. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has plenty of space with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The Terrace takes the sun all day and is very large which plenty of seating. The bedrooms are light and airy on the first floor (only small issue the duvets could do with an upgrade as they are very poor quality and well worn). Upstairs also has a very large bathroom with plenty of towels for your stay.. Another shower & bathroom downstairs came in very handy. Plenty of storage in all rooms. Great TV Facilities (not that you would need them). Overall we were very happy with this accommodation and it ticked all the boxes for us. Thanks Paul.

Excellent value for money

This property represents excellent value for money. We have just returned from a weeks break and enjoyed some lovely weather escaping the british winter.

We found Paul to be very helpful on booking and are grateful he allowed us to stay on for a few hours extra on our last day due to an evening flight home.

The apartment is a short downhill walk to the sea front with an excellent beach and lovely restaurants.

Every morning we took the five minute stroll to the spar supermarket for fresh croissants and bread.

There is also an excellent italian restaurant even closer which we tried and enjoyed.

Only downside was that the pool was having a refurbishment for the whole week we stayed but this will be good news for future guests as the work looked fairly comprehensive.

We will definitely book again and are already saving up to return again next year
