House in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. - Quiet And Select Location One Minute From Shops, Four Minutes To Beaches

This is a very modern duplex on a quiet and small very well maintained community with great communal pool. Free wifi.

Built on two floors.

Downstairs is a relaxing private sun terrace receiving sun most of the day, there are sunbeds and lovely wooden outside dining table and parasol. Very bright lounge with two double patio doors opening onto terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher. Downstairs shower and toilet. Seperate area with washing machine.

Upstairs is two double bedrooms, private terrace on double bedroom and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower toilet, bidet and wash basin finished in marble.

The communal pool is a nice size and very close with lots or room to sunbath

Local shops and restaurants are one minute away, the beaches and main strip are four minutes. You can see the golf course from the property.

The complex is quiet and peaceful and kept to a good standard. Only a few minutes walk away is the main strip of Puerto del Carmen with all its amenities. There are several beaches to the left and right just across the main road.

A memorable stay

Brimming with amenities, this property has everything you need for a fantastic getaway. With flat screen TV, hard drive with a multitude of movies, X box, a lovely pool area, sunny terrace, and the beach a 5 min walk provides hours of fun for all ages. It certainly worked for me and the kids 15 and 17. The property was spotlessly clean and convenient amenities such as dishwasher, fridge freezer & BBQ make it easy to entertain. Thats if you don't fancy the 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants that the main strip of Puerto del Carmen have to offer, from typical Spanish tapas, fresh fish by the waters edge or Japanese you are spoilt for choice. Enjoy the cool sea air of an evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. Close to the main beach, summer fun is at your fingertips. You’ll find jet skiing, pedalo rental, snorkelling, diving, restaurants, bars and golf within ten minutes or less. My only regret I wish I could have stayed longer. That was soon remedied as before we left we booked again for a week in the Summer!! A big thank you to Paul for being on hand prior to booking answering all my questions and his recommendations. My husband was delighted with the off road motorbike trip you suggested.

Excellent value for money

This property represents excellent value for money. We have just returned from a weeks break and enjoyed some lovely weather escaping the british winter.

We found Paul to be very helpful on booking and are grateful he allowed us to stay on for a few hours extra on our last day due to an evening flight home.

The apartment is a short downhill walk to the sea front with an excellent beach and lovely restaurants.

Every morning we took the five minute stroll to the spar supermarket for fresh croissants and bread.

There is also an excellent italian restaurant even closer which we tried and enjoyed.

Only downside was that the pool was having a refurbishment for the whole week we stayed but this will be good news for future guests as the work looked fairly comprehensive.

We will definitely book again and are already saving up to return again next year

Clean, spacious and modern

Duplex as per photos with additional extras such as loads of towels, crockery (not just a set of 4 or even 8), smart TV with stored films & hairdryer. Elevated patios receive the sun all day.

Overall rating given is largely due to the owner Paul who goes out of his way to assist, instantly responding to any queries to ensure a smooth bookind and lovely stay. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Another fantastic stay in our home from home

Thanks Paul very much for another fantastic holiday.

Your beautiful house is our home from home in the sun. We will definitely see you again soon.

We love the cosy and clean complex in such a peaceful area and being able to park near the door really helps.

The terrace is the perfect spot to top up our sun tans and the beach and main strip just a few minutes walk away.

We have tea on the upper balcony in the morning and being able to see the sea in the distance gets us going every day.

Slightly disappointing

Whilst the property was generally clean, the duplex seemed quite shabby and in need of a some paint and attention. The curtain rail in the main bedroom fell on me and there was only a net in the second bedroom so had to hang a sheet up. The curtains in the living room were filthy. The kitchen was well equipped but the patio furniture shown in the pictures is definitely not what was supplied. The bbq was so rusted through that it was unusable. There was no welcome pack giving info on the area and emergency numbers etc. Just generally had an unloved feel about the place. Sorry, won't be returning.

The patio gets sun all day and the complex is new and peaceful, internet fast and home comforts of a high level. Due to the popularity of the house we have had back to back bookings for a long time. Lovely central property

This property was very clean and everything you could need was available. Booking was very easy and prompt. All emails were answered straight away. The location is ideal as it is only a five minute walk to the main strip and only a slight incline on the way back. There is a large spar supermarket a couple of minutes walk where you can buy English newspapers. The pool area is very clean but we did not go in it. It was very quiet on the complex when we were there in January but would obviously be busier in school holidays. Only a short taxi ride from the airport we left East Midlands at 6.50 am for a four hour flight and we were in the property having coffee at 11.30am. The restaurants on the strip were plentiful and very reasonable in price. Mozzarella just below the spar is lovely and there fillet steaks were perfect. They also do take away pizza. Two couples stayed at this property and it was ideal for us especially having two bathrooms. We would not hesitate in booking this property again.

Coast/Beach:

There are a number of beaches within five minutes walking distance.

Travel:

Airport is only a eight minute drive away. Once you are at the property a car hire is not necessary as all local facilities including shops, restaurants, beaches and bars are a short walk away.

Distances:

If you wish to visit other parts of Lanzarote the duplex is very central and no where is more than a twenty minute drive away.
