House in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. - Quiet And Select Location One Minute From Shops, Four Minutes To Beaches

This is a very modern duplex on a quiet and small very well maintained community with great communal pool. Free wifi.

Built on two floors.

Downstairs is a relaxing private sun terrace receiving sun most of the day, there are sunbeds and lovely wooden outside dining table and parasol. Very bright lounge with two double patio doors opening onto terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher. Downstairs shower and toilet. Seperate area with washing machine.

Upstairs is two double bedrooms, private terrace on double bedroom and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower toilet, bidet and wash basin finished in marble.

The communal pool is a nice size and very close with lots or room to sunbath

Local shops and restaurants are one minute away, the beaches and main strip are four minutes. You can see the golf course from the property.

The complex is quiet and peaceful and kept to a good standard. Only a few minutes walk away is the main strip of Puerto del Carmen with all its amenities. There are several beaches to the left and right just across the main road.

Plenty of parking just twenty meters from the front door. Outside: Private and secure sun terrace with BBQ, sun beds and outside dining table and parasol. Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes drying area, boogie boards, snorkel and mask, towels and spare linen Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House will be cleaned for your arrival with fresh sheets and towels. Spare set of sheets and towels also in place plus beach towels. All kitchen utensils supplied. Other: Outside sun terrace with sunbeds, outside dining set with parasol and BBQ.

A memorable stay

Brimming with amenities, this property has everything you need for a fantastic getaway. With flat screen TV, hard drive with a multitude of movies, X box, a lovely pool area, sunny terrace, and the beach a 5 min walk provides hours of fun for all ages. It certainly worked for me and the kids 15 and 17. The property was spotlessly clean and convenient amenities such as dishwasher, fridge freezer & BBQ make it easy to entertain. Thats if you don't fancy the 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants that the main strip of Puerto del Carmen have to offer, from typical Spanish tapas, fresh fish by the waters edge or Japanese you are spoilt for choice. Enjoy the cool sea air of an evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. Close to the main beach, summer fun is at your fingertips. You’ll find jet skiing, pedalo rental, snorkelling, diving, restaurants, bars and golf within ten minutes or less. My only regret I wish I could have stayed longer. That was soon remedied as before we left we booked again for a week in the Summer!! A big thank you to Paul for being on hand prior to booking answering all my questions and his recommendations. My husband was delighted with the off road motorbike trip you suggested.

Lovely holiday in Puerto del Carmen

We just returned from a fantastic holiday in this lovely house.

The lounge is bright with the full length patio doors letting the light pour in.

The terrace gets sun all day so we now have great sun tans.

The house is in very good condition throughout. The lounge is lovely with sofa and chairs almost new. Fast internet was welcomed by the kids. The TV had some great films and the Spanish tv lets you change the language to english.

Our bedroom had its own little terrace with views down to the sea.

We could not recommend this great house highly enough. Thanks so much Paul, we cannot wait to return and see you next year.

Relaxing holiday

Paul’s apartment was as described, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a good supply of towels and bed linen. Paul was very helpful and responsive, we reported the water heater leaking and he arranged for the plumber to come and replace on the same day. We enjoyed our holiday and relaxed on the terrace, which is sheltered and gets the sun all day. It was very near the Spar supermarket and a short walk to the front where all the resturants were. We will be booking again.

Property in serious need of refurbishment.

I had read previous reviews regarding this property requiring TLC but I chose to believe the positives rather than the negatives unfortunately I should of believing the former. Firstly the positives; ample space and very good wifi. The negatives were the property was dirty and grimey when we arrived. The couch was covered with a dirty throw to cover the disrepair. Bathrooms had two shower curtains again dirty which we were afraid to come in contact with. The towels provided are seriously old and resemble towels provided by launderettes. Still no curtains or blinds on bedroom windows as mentioned by a previous guest. The exterior contained largely rubbish. A barbecue that was heavily rusted and other items that were only fit for a skip. No contact what so ever from the owner after our arrival.

It is a real shame as we became acquainted with owners of other apartments in the complex and saw first hand what can be achieved with a little outlay. We would stay in this complex again but definitely not at this property.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. Due to the popularity of the house we did not have a chance to get in for a while. The sofa is now new, all shower curtains new and new towels. All issues resolved. Back area is now a clean place to hang washing and dry beach towels. We have even installed English TV as well as the language change local tv and a pen drive full of films. The house is super clean and ready to go.
