This luxury 4 bed villa is perfectly situated on a sea front position, path with direct access to sea with a natural swimming harbour and beach and within a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants. The villas most stunning feature is the large lawn with sun loungers to soak up the suns rays and huge covered terrace with outside dining, hot tub all in a lovely private garden with mature plants. The dining patio is large enabling alfresco dining whilst watching the sun set.A great barbecue area is large enough for any family. The whole area has outside lighting and to the front is a covered car parking.The villa is furnished to the highest standard throughout even offering a self contained 1 bed spacious flat downstairs which can be closed so the property can be let as a 3 bed .Huge windows to the master bedroom so you see the sea as you open your eyes. Cot, high chair etc free of charge,air con and wifi at no extra charge.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own a couple of villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children now attend the International School & love life here. Felix works & I look after our villas & cater for you should you want me to. We lived in Villa Limone cy1103 whilst we had our new home built and now have rented Limone out for the past six years, gathering other a couple of other villas. We live locally (3mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer meals on arrival, barbecues prepared just for you, beer in the fridge or wine from a local vineyard. We personally visit you after your arrival and are only a phone call away for your entire stay.

Very affordable and amazing villa

Perfect in every way amazing villa

Just got back from a 2 week holiday the villa is fantastic luxury throughout couldnt fault a thing, perfect location walking distance to bars, resturants, beach, supermarket, 2 lovely hotels next door which had brilliant childrens entertainment and to suit adults, the shared pool was never used by anybody else so was like having your own pool, really enjoyed the hot tub was such a treat to have, you would not be dissapointed if booking for this villa, Lisa and Felix are lovely and accomadate anything you need the welcome pack of food is brilliant and they are happy to get anything in for you ready for your arrival, this villa is fantastic all round and we will be going back next year xx

Even better than expected

It's a fantastic villa. We were two adults, two 18yr old boys, a 15 yr girl, and a 12yr old boy. The layout was perfect with the 'flat' below for the older boys and a nice twin with bathroom on the ground floor for the 12yr old and a large twin with ensuite for the 15yr old on the first floor. Our room was a good size ensuite with a balcony. All rooms had air conditioning and the quality of the villa was great - some care had gone into selection of kitchen equipment for example. We usually like a private pool but that has the disadvantage of usually being quite small. This solution with a shared pool was ideal as it was really very large, and we were almost always the only people using it. It was in clear view of our balcony and only a few feet away - perfect. We can't fault this villa, the fantastic location and it's a very short walk to the supermarket and the bus stops to go to Paphos or Coral Bay. Lots of restaurants and good waterspouts facilities within a stone's throw if you wish. August temperatures were very manageable for us and we even used the hot tub quite a bit at the end of the day! A great find and lovely owners who were very helpful without being intrusive.

Wonderful

This was our first visit to Cyprus for a family holiday. The Villa we chose looked great on the 'Owners Direct' site, but you can never be sure until you get there. We were not disappointed in fact it was even better than we anticipated. Fantastic views - Sea and beach 100 metres away - Hot tub (used a lot by our boys)! Table tennis great patio area with built in BBQ. Everything we needed in the villa, even UK TV. Shared swimming pool next to villa, the whole fortnight we were there we never saw any more than six other people using the pool. Felix and Lisa the owners were fantastic could not help enough. We ordered a BBQ, a Lasagne and a breakfast from Lisa to eat in, my wife loved the coleslaw made by the family's daughter!! Loads to do in the area - Paphos 15 mins away, Coral Bay 10 mins, local bus's run regularly to both, we didn't need a car Plenty of restaurants and bars, with entertainment and good food, local supermarket 5 minutes walk from villa. Other attractions included brilliant mini-golf, and being a golfer myself i would know! - Great Water Park. Both attractions the other side of Paphos (by bus 30 mins). Karting close also. Coast/Beach:

30 seconds to the sea front, to the right pebble beach to the left sandy beach at St George hotel, sheltered swimming harbour perfect for swimming.

World famous Coral and Coralia beaches are a 10 min drive away or alternatively head towards Paphos to the large Lighthouse beach with sea front walk to the harbour

Travel:

Paphos airport is only 25 minutes drive from the villa, taxi charge is approximately €35. Regular bus service between Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour, nearest bus stop 5 mins walk. Bus also goes to Paphos Zoo and water park,

Many amenities with 5 min walk , shops, bars ,restaurants and the bus stop to Paphos harbour running every 10 minutes.

Distances:

10 min drive to Coral Bay and its resort facilities, 15 mins to Paphos harbour and the new mall and cinema, 20 mins to the water park and 15 mins to the zoo .
