Superb one bedroom apartment with stunning sea views and large spacious terrace

Our apartment is situated in the quiet village of Los Gigantes and enjoys fantastic views of the sea and cliffs from the large two-tier spacious tiled terrace. It is just a few minutes walk from the shops and ideally located for walking in to the centre of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago. Beautifully furnished and well equipped for self-catering. There is a shared swimming pool and free on-road parking for any guests hiring a car.

The apartment has a 48" TV with 32 english channels and free Wifi.

The outside terrace is perfect for alfresco dining.

Notes on accommodation: Please note that there is free on-road parking available on a first come, first serve basis. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. For your safety there are no gas appliances in the apartment. Outside: There are two terraces measuring a total of 520 square feet. The upper terrace has two sun loungers and a four seater rattan sofa with parasol. The lower terrace has a dining table and four chairs and is perfect for alfresco dining. Our guests will have free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area at Tipsy Terrace which is just a 2 minute walk. Utility Room: Washing machine Iron and ironing board Hairdryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. The apartment will be fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival. Additional cleans can be organised in advance for a cost of £25.00. For stays of +1 week, an extra set of bed linen is provided.

Excellent apartment in great location

We have returned from our second year at Crab Island. OK, we are booked at the best time to avoid the weather in England. We have had another two weeks where the temp has been 20 / 23 degrees every day. Together with the wonderful apartment that Anne & Steve provide makes the perfect holiday. Please read the reviews, they don't lie. This apartment is so convenient for town, only 5 minutes with so many restaurants for eating out. However, if you wish to eat in, Anne & Steve have provided everything you need to produce a great meal. Several supermarkets within a short distance means your choice is unlimited - recommend the fish counter in Supermercado. As you no doubt are aware, we love this place and are booking our slot for 2019. What's more, having Mike and Sue on hand to sort out any problems is a great bonus. Thanks to them both.

Delightful Apartment!

Our third visit to this lovely apartment and we were delighted to see that, in addition to it being maintained to a very high standard, it has had several additions since our first visit – safety deposit box, wi-fi, outdoor storage for cushions and breakfast table and chairs (we didn’t use this, preferring to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful view!). The location is perfect for Los Gigantes and walking round to restaurants etc in Puerto de Santiago. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. In December there is no sun on the terrace, however this was not a problem for us and the Tipsy Terrace is just a two minute walk away with sunbeds and a pool. We would highly recommend this apartment and once again extend our thanks to Anne & Steve!

very nice and very clean

Have stayed in apartment before and hopefully will again ,loved our stay only stay here in november terrace gets very little sun .But the pass for the nearby swimming pool makes up for that .Yes as i say a lovely apartment perfect for our needs thanks again to Steve & Anne.

Very well-equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet location, with lovely views from the terrace and close to both Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago. Not much sun on the terrace in winter but use of pool at the nearby Tipsy Terrace made up for it.

Car: not necessary


There is a good selection of nearby beaches. The volcanic black sand beach in Los Gigantes is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Also within walking distance (15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car) are the blue flag beaches of Puerto Santiago and Playa de la Arena. Playa San Juan has a beach and promenade with excellent road-side cafe and is 10 minutes by car.


Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is an approximate 30 minute drive. Car hire is available at the airport and in the village. Taxis are readily available at the airport and are approximately 60 Euros each way. There is also a taxi rank in the village which offers an excellent service and can be pre-booked on-line or by telephone.


The local towns of Playa San Juan and Alcala are within a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride.

There is a lovely coastline walk to Puerto Santiago (approx 1 km) and Playa de la Arena (approx 3 km).

The apartment is within walking distance of all the restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts and the marina. In Los Gigantes everything is accessible on foot.

Further Details:

Daily fishing and whale/dolphin watching trips leave the marina. There is an accredited diving school in the marina offering courses for beginners and more advanced divers. Walking is very popular and organised tours can be arranged via agents in Los Gigantes. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment are pay and play tennis courts with an excellent restaurant.

There is a great selection of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The picturesque marina is an excellent spot to enjoy a glass of wine or beer late afternoon. Most of the bars offer good quality evening entertainment.

Wifi is available locally at many restaurants/bars and there is an internet cafe.

Los Gigantes has an ideal climate for year round holidaying.

A Visitors Information book is available in the apartment detailing restaurants and places of interest you may wish to visit during your stay.
