Outside: The luscious tropical gardens border the beach and the promenade brings Estepona within few minutes reach by foot. The access to the urbanization is controlled at all times by a security booth. The illuminated exterior pools and the children’s pool together with leisure areas where you can find a heated pool, covered padel courts with glass walls and indoor space for social activities. Utility Room: Utility room houses the washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included and the apartment is cleaned before and after each rental. The cleaner will come more often on request for an extra charge. If 2 weeks or more are booked then we honour a midway change of bedding and towels. Other: Large terrace with sea views equipped with BBQ, dining table & chairs & lounge seating.

The apartment was very spacious, modern and we'll laid out. Great balcony with sea view and shade

The apartment is well placed to access the car park, front gates and the two swimming pools. There is loads of space throughout the apartment to suit families, with built in storage to both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a dressing room with two sided wardrobes. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide flexibility. There is a great kitchen with all the appliances you would need, with hatch to the dining room. Free WiFi and TV round off a fantastic apartment we highly recommend.

Excellent apartment with a very helpful owner!

The apartment was everything you could wish for. Unfortunately you have nothing within reach I.e. No bars,restaurants or supermarket. If we had not hired a car it would have been a nightmare. Our granddaughters loved it thankfully. Due to location I don,t think we would return which is a great shame.

We only had a few days in this apartment but I would highly recommend it. Richard was very accessible, helpful and truthful. Sometimes apartments can be a let down but not this one....

It was clean, had a great layout and had a wonderful balcony with plenty of sunshine, great furniture and a BBQ. This came in very handy indeed!

Richard had left a generous array of items to welcome us and made us feel very welcome. Apart from being nicely furnished, Richard made us feel very welcome and everything was easy. A great place for a couple or a family...

Car: recommended


Walk out of the complex onto the beach with promenade.

From Bahia de Plata you can walk past the 5 star Kempinski hotel on the beach to Laguna Village with its designer shops, international bars and restaurants. The other direction towards Estepona you have a Carrefour Hypermarket 1km away, numerous cafes, bars, restaurants on the beach and promenade.


Malaga Airport is about 50 minutes away, and Gibraltar Airport only 35mins away.

A car is not essential but one would be useful for shopping & getting around. There are several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance.

A 20% deposit will be required within 5 days from booking confirmation and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

A €250 "damage deposit" is charged, which is fully refunded to you if the apartment is left in good condition. £100 charge for loss of the apartment or garage keys.

Changeover Day:
Arrival is usually after 2.30pm and departure before 10.00am. This can be varied by prior arrangement.
