We care that people have a really good stay -
we always ask that guests let us know of anything not working or missing, and we do our best to correct.
Bryce Wilson purchased this apartment in 1997
It's a great property in large grounds with great sea views. The climate is sheltered by the Ventnor Undercliff and the location is really peaceful but within easy access of Ventnor and the rest of the Island.
The views, access to the coast and downland. Great pubs and restaurants nearby.
We provide (all free of charge) - bed linen (except for cots), tea towels, cots and/or high chairs (when pre-booked), but not personal towels.
We're flexible, but Saturday is our normal Changeover Day.
You may occupy the apartment anytime from 3pm.
On your leaving day, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10am so we may clean for the people following.
When we arrived, it t was exactly like the picture on the advert. So beautiful! Owners are very friendly. Our kids (9&11) loved the garden too.
Pleasant, quiet situation with all necessary facilities at a reasonable price. Nice that dogs are allowed to stay. Potential visitors should be awate that the coast road to the west of property is closed, which means all journeys towards Freshwater are diverted inland.
