Why Bryce Wilson chose Isle of Wight
It's a great property in large grounds with great sea views. The climate is sheltered by the Ventnor Undercliff and the location is really peaceful but within easy access of Ventnor and the rest of the Island.
What makes this apartment unique
The views, access to the coast and downland. Great pubs and restaurants nearby.
We provide (all free of charge) - bed linen (except for cots), tea towels, cots and/or high chairs (when pre-booked), but not personal towels.
We're flexible, but Saturday is our normal Changeover Day.
You may occupy the apartment anytime from 3pm.
On your leaving day, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10am so we may clean for the people following.

Woodcliffe Apartments Ventnor
Bryce very kindly upgraded us to a larger flat with a sea view. The accommodation was extremely clean, well maintained, well appointed and very comfortable. The tv and internet worked very efficiently - not always our experience in holiday lets. The driveway was a little tortuous but the location made up for it. Very pleasant gardens in a very peaceful location. We only met Bryce briefly but he came across as a very pleasant and caring person. We very much enjoyed our stay. Richard
Fantastic owner and place to stay - home away from home!
Bryce and Suzanne are probably two of the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating owners my parents and I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Their property is simply beautiful, very well maintained, cared for and welcoming. My parents were lucky enough to stay with them for an extended period and they enjoyed every minute of their stay so much that they were sad to leave! Bryce and Suzanne managed to keep a very friendly distance to allow their guests privacy but at the same time knowing that they are there should you need anything and there to make you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive. Situated in the warmest part of this beautify island, set in very well marinated picturesque grounds this really is a little bit of regal home away from home. I would not hesitate to recommend any of their properties to anyone looking for a really lovely stay on the Isle of Wight, everything is there for you and you will want for nothing but sunshine and a lovely holiday.
These two owners are how you want owners to be and nothing is too much trouble for them, they take pride in what they do and are really lovely too!
Stay with them and you will not be dissapointed.

15 minutes from Shanklin Railway Station.
5 minutes from a bus stop (although infrequent rural service and car is an advantage).
In St Lawrence, 5 minutes walk from the general store/post office.
20 minutes walk from Ventnor centre.
Golf, fishing, cycling and horse riding can be arranged.
The Island is packed with activities and nothing is far on the Isle of Wight.

Outside: One of the most enjoyed features of Woodcliffe is the Garden - it has great views, is peaceful, spacious and both BBQ & child friendly. There's private off road parking in large grounds, and a bike store for cyclists. Frequent Red Squirrel sightings.
