This beautiful apartment is nicely decorated throughout with a warm feel of home and its comforts like washing machine, WIFI, UKTV channels, comfortable beds with the added feel of being on holiday with its fantastic sea views of fuertaventura, 5 minutes walk to the beach , bars and restaurants.

A3 Apartment has two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom, newly refurbished with walk in shower,

The balcony looks over the tranquil beautifully maintained gardens of the complex and fuertaventura can be seen on a clear day.

With access to a communal pool across the road at Cinco Plaza and only a few minutes walk to the sea front with shops, restaurants, bars and sandy beaches. The apartment is also conveniently located opposite a mini market. The golf course is located 5 minutes drive away.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY BASE

Anne and I have just returned from 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. The location is great with virtually everything on your doorstep.The apartment is comfortable and as described in the "Ad". The view from the balcony is fabulous and demands a Gin and Tonic every evening at sunset. In addition the balcony is well sheltered from the prevailing wind which is a real bonus. Lastly, there is no oven as listed and the freezer is the the chiller compartment in the fridge. This was not a problem to us but could be to any person wanting to do home catering. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and we hope to stay there again .

The property was a good size in a quite decent condition.

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It's in a good location, close to all amenities. The discription of the property is slightly overrated but still very satisfying. We would recomend it to others .

Fantastic apartment and location

Absolutely fabulous break from the UK - we were in the apartment within 1 hour of actually landing at Arricife. The property has undergone some renovation since we last stayed and it is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag but only a 3 or 4 minute walk from the beach and nightlife.

The apartment is equipped well for anyone wishing to cater from home but so close to lovely restaurants with a variety of menu choice.

I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a holiday to stay here - the apartment was very clean and Puerto Del Carmen has a lot to offer. It offers a really wonderful and relaxing break.

A perfect holiday home from home, very well fitted

From the very first enquiry with Rossi the whole booking process was so easy and plenty of good communications between us helped. First basics, TV great plenty UK channels , wireless internet , great stable and fast. Now everything else :-)

The home is very comfortable with nice furnishings and very very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Plenty towels etc. The shower is just awsome, a big rainfall head and a smaller power head make showering a joy and with the colour indicator on the rain shower easy to set temperature.

The kitchen has all you need, a good 4 hot plate hob, No oven, a kettle/toaster/microwave and a washing machine.Lots of utensils/cutlery and plates and bowls etc

There is also a strong safe in one of the cupboards in a bedroom.

There is lots of space in the home as well so with 4 it will not feel crowded at all, the same goes for the balcony that overlooks the stunning garden area. That is well worth a leisurely stroll around as it is fascinating. Access to the home is by 12 steps which are easy managed, but may take someone with limited mobility a little time to climb, but not a problem at all. The home is situated in a perfect spot, the large complex directly over the road allows use of thier swimming pool for the price of a drink, and there is entertainment most nights. A large supermarket is just 30 seconds away and it stocks everything you will ever need at a good price. The walk to the main strip is down the hill, not too bad a hill but again for mobility challenged may be a slow walk. otherwise 5 minutes takes you to the main drag of town.

A taxi to and from airport takes 7 minutes and is costed at approx 13 euros each way. if you have a very early morning departure home the Cinco Plazas just over the road is a 24 hour reception, just knock the door and they will phone a taxi for you.

I personally look forward to my next Lanzarote stay and in particular in this home from home.

SUPER APARTMENT. WELL MAINTAINED. ACCURATE LISTING

I have just returned from a stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment is in an ideal location being just a short walk to the main beach and restaurants but is quiet and peaceful mainly because you are overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens and some of the apartments are residential. In close proximity is the Cinco Plaza swimming pool, pool bar and a well stocked supermarket. En route to the main promenade you pass a super little bakery/coffee shop and some good restaurants. Being family owned the interior is well decorated, clean, has wonderful views to gaze upon from the balcony of the sea and mountains and provides a superb base for your holiday.

Puerto Calero is 5 minutes drive from your apartment. The marina has a large selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets from a humble cafe to the famous Amura restaurant. There are plenty of bars, top brand shops and a supermarket. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the villa. The marina offers sailing, Marlin fishing, submarine and catamaran rides. There are 2 five star hotels offering Spa facilities, tennis and further bars and restaurants. From Calero one can take the coastal path into Puerto del Carmen straight into the Old Town for dinner. Alternatively, heading West along the coastal path takes you to Playa Quemada, home to the best fish restaurant on the island. For keen cyclists, the Ironman Triathlon cycle route goes through Calero, so the sportier types can use the villa as a perfect base for training. It is also a short run from Puerto del Carmen where both the swim and the run sections of the race take place. For shopping, Carmen has the Bioshpere Centre where most brands can be found. Carmen also has amazing beaches and hundreds of bars and restaurants. The apartment is also only 15 minutes from the Timanfaya National Park where the power of the volcano can be seen first-hand.
