Outside: To avoid the hustle and bustle of a noisy pool area the front terraced area has been beautifully landscaped where one can take a book and relax in the peace and quite of your surroundings, marvel at the fantastic sea views of the south east coat of Lanzarote right out to the northern tip of fuertaventura Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, t-towels, beach towels and bed linen in place on arrival. Total linen change once a week for clients staying 10 days or more and done on a weekly basis thereafter. Other: From the lounge there is a door leading out to a balcony/terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs.

We loved our stay..apartment is basic but that’s what all you need for that very affordable price.

Loved our stay and we did not encounter any problem at all. Apartment is just 5 minutes from the beach/strip and very convenient for supermarkets(just stone-throw away), restaurants and bus stop. And my son loved the english TV channels!! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Loved our stay in Lanzarote. We did a lot of adventures/tours. Weather is great!!

The Apartment in need of a total revamp, windows are rotten hard to open and close, furniture is so old and dated dark and depressing, the place is very hot with one fan that's as old as the furniture , would not return to this Apartment

Just as shown in the pictures

Had a lovely 10 day stay at apartment it is very close to the lovely beach and is lovely to relax on the balcony in the morning before the sun shines and in the evening watching the sunset.It is close to all bars supermarkets but far enough away to appreciate the peace and quiet of the lovely gardens.

Stayed with Husband and 2 Daughters 19 & 16 and all enjoyed especially as the sun was shining each day.

Supermarkets are well stocked and Nicos restaurant was great for takeaways and lovely meals.

Good times.

We've just got back from a week at A3 Park Tropical. The apartment was very clean , spacious and had everything in it we needed from hairdryer to washing machine. Its not a 5 star luxurious pad but we didn't pay for one of those so didn't expect one!

Its well situated and easy to use with good wi-fi and most of the freeview English TV stations on the telly. There are plenty of towels including beach towels, a good shower, kettle , toaster etc. The sun starts to get on the balcony from around 10.30 am each day and we made full use of the 2 sunbeds in the afternoon. The view from the balcony is great and the sun sets are fantastic. Its relatively private but can be overlooked by neighbours - also if there were 4 adults staying then the balcony may be a bit tight. The beds were a little lumpy bumpy but OK. Dino's supermarket is just over the road or the Spar if you carry on down the road between Cinco Plaza and Dino's.

We did a short south Island tour booked from just down the road by the lovely Nico's restaurant, and that was great.

Most days we had an easy relaxing walk along the front to Vino+ (near Fariones) or to the harbour for Tapas. We did think about taking the water taxi to Pte Calero but were too relaxed to actually do anything but talk about it! What we did do was a night out at the Music Hall Tavern (MHT)- great fun!!!

A3 is just opposite the Cinco Plaza entrance and its easier to book taxis using Cinco Plaza as the address otherwise there can be confusion with Park Tropical apartments just down the road.

Booking was easy and straightforward, one small question we had whilst over there was answered quickly and clearly, couldn't ask for more- Thanks.

All in all good price, good location, had everything we needed and booked easily. This would be our first choice if returning to the area and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Further Details:

Puerto Calero is 5 minutes drive from your apartment. The marina has a large selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets from a humble cafe to the famous Amura restaurant. There are plenty of bars, top brand shops and a supermarket. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the villa. The marina offers sailing, Marlin fishing, submarine and catamaran rides. There are 2 five star hotels offering Spa facilities, tennis and further bars and restaurants. From Calero one can take the coastal path into Puerto del Carmen straight into the Old Town for dinner. Alternatively, heading West along the coastal path takes you to Playa Quemada, home to the best fish restaurant on the island. For keen cyclists, the Ironman Triathlon cycle route goes through Calero, so the sportier types can use the villa as a perfect base for training. It is also a short run from Puerto del Carmen where both the swim and the run sections of the race take place. For shopping, Carmen has the Bioshpere Centre where most brands can be found. Carmen also has amazing beaches and hundreds of bars and restaurants. The apartment is also only 15 minutes from the Timanfaya National Park where the power of the volcano can be seen first-hand.
