Absolutely Fantastic

What a place to go for a break. Stunning cabin. Very spacious and felt at home straight away. Log fire easy to use and all the facilities you would need. We took our 2 small dogs who loved it. Plenty of walking done in lovely surroundings. I've saved the best for last, the hosts. Tracey and David. Showed us everything we needed to know then left us to it (which we loved). They were there for any questions we had, recommended a place to eat and pulled our car out of the mud on one very wet morning. It was my 40th birthday while we were there and they even got me a card and 2 bottles of plonk!. Will definitely be returning in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful cabin set in a beautiful setting. photos really does not do this place justice, it was a dream. You couldn't wish to meet a more welcoming family. And the cabin was spotless and everything we wanted. We will be back next year and making our stay longer. 5 stars are not enough

Wonderful authentic log cabin set in beautiful sur

  • 5 of 5

We have just come back from a weeks break at the cabin with our two kids and dog and it was amazing. The cabin itself is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The cabin is surrounded by lovely woods which are easily explored with paths and bridges and there is a stunning river running through with a waterfall! There is so much space for the children and dog to run and play. It truly is a wonderful location and the owners are so lovely, friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The area is rural yet situated very central to many places of interest. It truly is a beautiful place and the locals are so friendly. We will definately be going back again soon. X

Amazing 5 days in this beautiful log cabin, with our 4 year old son and crazy springer spaniel.

everything about the cabin is brilliant, lovely thick cosy bedding and very comfy beds. Kept lovely and warm with the log burner. Can not fault this place. We will definitely rebook. Tracey and Dave are the most lovely couple and can not do enough to help and make your stay even more enjoyable! We had a brilliant new year staying here. Highly recommend. Love Carley, Tom, Joey and Elvis
