This lovely first floor apartment is located in a tipical and traditional mallorcan house, in the middle of famous Pine Walk, a quiet and residential place, a few meters from beach (20 meters). The place is ideal for children and relaxation, in the nature.

Clean and convenient beach side property

The location of this property is superb. Close to the beach and local amenities but in a quiet spot. Clean and well equipped. Great for small families. Our only complaint regarding the property is that the beds are hard!

Also, booking process was unsatisfactory. The agent was very slow to acknowledge receipt of our payment (1 month) and in the meantime told me twice that they had not received payment. This was stressful as by the time they got in touch it was quite close to our stay and I was concerned we didn't have a place to stay. Also, big warning not to be attracted to the car hire offer attached to Owners Direct. We went down this route and Avis insisted we were US customers (we are from the UK) and tried to charge us US rates for insurance on arrival (90Euros/day for full cover in addition to daily hire rate!)
