Apartment in Marbella City Centre. Right In Front Of The Beach - No Car Needed

This studio apartment is one of three beach front apartments that we rent out, all with amazing ocean view in Marbella city centre. Sleeps 2-6 people.

This apartment has one of the best positions of the entire coast - both city center and right on the Marbella beach! Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and amazing shopping is 4-5 minutes stroll away.

Walk to Puerto Banus along the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury spa and wellbeing centre with gym (yoga, fitness classes etc) moments away as is fishing, sailing, boat trips and new 8 screen cinema. Many golf courses. Large supermarket 5 minutes, small friendly supermarket 1 minute!

A perfect place to sit on the balcony, watching boats and people below on the Paseo Maritimo/Board walk, whilst sipping a cool drink!

The complex is very secure and has a 24 h open friendly reception/guard house. Most of the restaurants, cafes and bars next to the apartment have Wifi. It is also possible to use one of these open Wifis from inside the apartment or the balcony.

Both fantastic sea view and the city centre Marbella moments (2-3 minutes) away. Walking distance to everything and no car needed.

Marbella and Costa del sol has the best weather in Europe (most sunny days) and its easy to get to Spain by plane from Europe.

What makes this apartment unique

All children love to play in one of the 3 pools or just in front of the balcony at the beach.

Their parents love to take a drink on the balcony and watch the sun go down. They also love to dine out and eat fresh fish from one of the fabulous restaurants along the board walk Paseo Maritimo.

Notes on accommodation: There are glass sliding window/doors and natural breezes from the sea and mountains mean air con is mostly not needed . The beach is clean and lovely for swimming for adults. Beach is also perfect for little children as it is a cove created by the Marina breakwater so has much calmer water than elsewhere and is very shallow at the edges. You can also watch your children play on the beach from the balcony -if you wish. There is a fun children's play area on the beach and two restaurants on the sand, serving food and drink to you on beach loungers. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars. One of the best Sports bars is located in the same building. It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed! Outside: Outside: The complex include three swimming pools, two are roof pools with panoramic views over Puerto Banus, Mountains and the African coastline. The third pool is perfect for children. We have a grey seating group with sunpads on the balcony; à 2 seating sofa, 2 sofa chairs and one table. There are also extra outdoor towels provided to bring to the beach a few steps away. During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the apartment with sun all day - wonderful for lying and sunbathing. In the summer it is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The studio Apartment is cleaned between lettings and fresh quality bed linen and towels are provided (even outdoor towels). Additional cleaning on request. Towels, soap, tea, spices etc. are provided and included in the price.

Perfect location lovely sunset views from balcony

This lovely lady saved my holiday after booking a nightmare of a holiday with my local travel agent me and my friend needed an apartment asap

luckily Jessica replied back very quickly and saved us with this modern apartment with amazing views. This apartment is in the perfect location the front door is right on the beach, was very cleaned and everything we needed was in here.

We will be defiantly booking again

Superb Location

Ideal location, opposite the marina. Apartment was spotless , modern and had everything that we needed. Apartment complex had on site Security and staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again

Great apartment

This a lovely bright, spacious well equipped studio apartment with lovely sea and harbour views from the balcony. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar. Although listed as having DVD, Internet and satellite tv, on arrival it did not. However the owner, Jessica, and her local manager, Alina, could not have been more helpful and within days we had a DVD player and Internet. I stupidly left my jewellery case in the apartment on departure but a call to Jessica resulted in them being posted on to me and they arrived safely within days. Customer service second to none! I docked one star because of the noisy Spanish bar directly below the balcony, however, with balcony doors closed and shutter down it did not interfere with a good night's sleep in very comfortable beds! Ideal Location

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst house hunting in the area. Great location. Front line Marbella sea view nothing else really compares. Short walk to all the bars,restaurants you could ever need.

Jessica and Janina were the ideal hosts and the apartment is very clean and ideally appointed for all your needs.

Thanks we had a lovely stay. If we're ever back in the area which we probably will this will be our first port of call for a vacancy.

Amazing stay!

Stayed at this wonderful apartment with my boyfriend for two weeks mid September.

It was a gorgeous studio apartment which was beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the beach.

We had such a fantastic two weeks. The apartment is directly above the main street which connects Marbella to Puerto Banus which meant we were able to walk EVERYWHERE! I think we used a taxi once the whole time we were there. We could hire bikes from just by the entrance of the apartment complex, so we often hired bicycles for the day which was also a great experience and not too expensive either!

It is within walking distance of everything you could want from your holiday; beach, bars, restaurants, the old town, shops, puerto banus. There is even yoga on the beach across the road from the apartment!

The owner of the apartment and her partner were also incredibly accommodating and made sure that we had anything we needed in the apartment ready for us to help make our stay perfect! They made booking and organising our stay a thoroughly easy and pleasant experience. Everything ran smoothly and I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment for a wonderful and relaxing holiday!

Our stay was so enjoyable at this apartment that we have stayed in contact with the owner as we are now thinking of going back with more people and staying in one of her other apartments as we enjoyed our experience so much!

Beach apartment

We had the most wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, literally just a stones throw from the beach and all the lovely restaurants. The apartment itself is stylishly done out and nice and compact. Perfect for an evening drink on the terrace looking out onto the sea and then perfect for a morning coffee on the terrace watching all the dog walkers and joggers running along the promenade in the early morning sunshine. We would definitely go back and stay at this apartment. The customer service provided by the owner was absolutely second to none. From the first point of contact everything was arranged so smoothly and the effort from the owner to ensure all our needs were met was tremendous, even down to leaving toys and games in the apartment for our young son to enjoy. The owner of the apartment also very kindly arranged for us to be picked up at the airport when we arrived and taken directly to the apartment for only 60 euros. We really look forward to returning some time in the future and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to enjoy this part of Marbella, a truly lovely place with a magical atmosphere. All we can say is a massive thank you again to the wonderful owner who made our stay such an enjoyable time as there were no hiccups at all throughout the whole booking process. A lovely place to say and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would love to be in the centre of Marbella amongst all the lovely Spanish people. Perfect for couples or a small family. We had a truly lovely holiday.

We will kindly ask for a £200 booking deposit to secure your booking (non-refundable) and the balance to be paid upon arrival. Please note: full balance must be paid upon arrival.
We employ the services of a swedish managers. She Will met you upon arrival and departure. She can also pick you up from the airport and drive you directly to the apartment. She lives in th ebuilding next door and will be your local contact if you need something. She speaks swedish, english, german and spanish. No smoking and no pets.

Changeover Day:
Flexible, please discuss! We try to fit in with your flight. Guests normally vacate by 11.00 am and arrive after 15.00 pm which seems to fit in with most flights.
