This is a beautiful and peaceful villa which has the benefit of being next to a "Zone Verte" so there is nobody overlooking you from 3 sides of the property. The house has stunning views over the Riviera de Babossi golf course and the Esterel hills. Enjoy the sunset with panoramic views and dine at the outdoor table which opens out directly from the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite, and another family bathroom upstairs (3 in total). Downstairs is a TV area with 2 sofa beds, sitting room, dining area, cloakroom, kitchen and laundry room. 4 wc's in total. Parking for up to 3 cars within electric gates. We do allow well behaved dogs and there is a big fenced garden.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We stayed at this villa with 2 friends in July 2018. It is spacious with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly want in it. The patio area has plenty of sunloungers which surround a lovely pool. Much needed in the July heat. The views from the villa are stunning. We ate outside on the terrace everyday, sheer bliss ! You will need a car to get around and visit the lovely medieval villages of St Paul De Vence, Biot and Mougins to name a few. The villa is set on a hill ( thus the stunning views) which in the car takes just five minutes to get to the local village of Mandelieu. Mandelieu has a lovely beach with many restaurants to choose from. It takes around 15 mins to get to Cannes. We had many trips out as far as Monaco to St Tropez where you can get a boat from the latter to the lovely Port Grimaud. There is a railway station in Mandelieu if you wanted a change from driving. We would certainly recommend staying here, David and Caroline were excellent at any issues we had while staying there. Thanks to you both for letting us share your villa for two short weeks ! Wish it could have been longer.

Oustanding

Probably he most humble of locations yet the most outstanding experience. Amongst the quiet hills, away from the tourists, is this charming and well loved hideaway. The property is the perfect holiday house and the view is breathtaking. We spent an absolutely wonderful, relaxing and worry free week here and will almost certainly rebook this year. 5 stars. Value, location, privacy and child friendly heaven...

Simply Stunning

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The villa is incredibly beautiful and spacious with everything you could wish for. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and one that I won't forget for a long time. The area is very peaceful and the beaches, a short drive away, were perfect for families. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely villa to anyone.

Highly Recommend/Gorgeous Spacious Villa

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa last year. It is very spacious and peaceful. A lovely terrace where we had all our meals leads directly off a well equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooks a large swimming pool and a beautiful view beyond. Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a lovely part of the world close to pretty beaches and a perfect base for exploring other parts of the Cote d'Azur if you can drag yourself away from the relaxing view! Equally suited to families with children or a group of friends. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful Stay

We were staying for one week in the beautiful spacious Villa and felt immediately upon arrival homely. Perfectly located close to all major attractions at the Côte d’Azur the property provides all amenities you can think of. In this context especially to cite is the large DVD and CD library which are individual comforts not common to find nowadays. Views are really stunning, area is calm and well away from tourist flows. Pool is wonderful and the huge patio with sunloungers, tables and chairs ensures you get all the relaxation you may wish for. Communication with David was excellent and at all times eager to assist in any arising matter. Definitively recommended.
