Villa in Benalmadena Pueblo, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location Few Minutes Drive To Beach

The urbanisation of La Capellania is a quiet and private development which is only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.

The Villa is walled, gated, very secluded and set in large mature gardens. It boasts 2 terraces one of which has an electric awning should the sun become too much. There is a covered bar area with a gas bbq, fridge and seating which overlooks the swimming pool.

Close to the villa, there is a well equipped supermarket, pharmacy, newsagents, cafe/bar restaurants and cash point.

There is a bus stop at the top of the urbanisation which will take you to Benalmadena Pueblo, a traditional white walled village with a cobbled stone square, with numerous bars and restaurants, priced to suit all pockets, a five minute drive away.

Ten minutes by bus or car will take you to Arroyo de Miel, a large town where you can board a train into Malaga or Fuengirola. Tivoli World Park is also in Arroyo de Miel, suitable for toddlers to teenagers or there is a butterfly park en route. The Port of Malaga has a fabulous new Marina and the Picasso Museum is a must for art lovers.

Mijas Pueblo is a 20 minute drive, again a white walled village with lots of small streets, with shops. bars, restaurants, a bullring and if you fancy a tour of Mijas Pueblo you can hire a donkey and cart. The views to the coast here is spectacular.

The local beach is a 5 minute drive, where there are 2 beach bars, comfortable sunbeds and unspoilt surroundings, or 15 minutes and you are in Benalmadena Marina (Moorish in style). Boat excursions are available ie dolphin watching, and there is a sea life centre, numerous shops or you can enjoy a relaxing dinner overlooking the Marina.

All of the above and the comforts of a luxury villa will make your holiday a memorable one.

My husband and i live in Somerset with our son and 1 dog.. We run our own business and i work part-time in the local post office. We have owned a property on the Costa del sol for 15 years,after renovating the first villa we sold it to friends and bought our current property 8 years ago. We have furnished our home to a very high standard not a typical holiday rental but because of work commitments have decided to rent it for short periods.You will find it home from home .Enjoy.

Benalmadena pueblo is only a 5 minute drive which is one of our favourite places to go whether it be summer or winter it has such charm.At Christmas and New year the lights and religious festivals are a sight to behold and the weather can be amazing.

If i am going away i like all the comforts of home so why settle for anything less,that's what you get at our villa.

A car is not essential but recommended,there is a bus stop at the top of the urbanization which takes you to Arroyo de miel where you can board a train to Malaga and Fuengirola,but taxis are very reliable and good for shorter journeys.

What makes this villa unique

La Capellania is a very sought after urbanization beautifully maintained and mostly residential and it is only 20 minutes from the airport and is very accessible to shops restaurants and beaches etc.

We have improved the property over the years,the outside bar area being one of them which is lovely in the evening enjoying a drink overlooking the pool,which has been totally retiled this year.

We have a large mature garden very private and not overlooked,this is maintained weekly as well as the pool.

As the villa is walled and gated it is very secure for children, with lots of room for them to play.

My housekeepers will accomodate you, should you require a celebration cake baloons,flowers for a birthday, anniversary or wedding

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is a 5 minute drive from the villa, unspoilt, sun-beds, restaurant where they make a fabulous paella and on a Sunday, lovely roast lamb with their traditional potato dish.There are many lovely beaches on the Costa-del-sol. If you are looking for a lively beach, Cabopino has a lovely marina with lots of restaurants and the beach has been awarded the Blue Flag.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is a 20 minute drive, your hosts will give you directions to our villa.

If you are hiring a car we can recommend a reputable company which we ourselves use, they meet you at the airport (no queues) and there are no hidden extras.

If you decide not to hire a car we can recommend a transport company to pick you up and take you to our villa.

5 minutes walk to local shops and bar/restaurants

15 minutes walk to Benalmadena Pueblo

There is a local bus at the top of the urbanisation which will take you to the Pueblo and Arroyo de Miel where you can board a train which will take you to Fuengirola or the fabulous city of Malaga.

We can cater for 8 people plus we have cot/high chair/baby monitor The price of your holiday includes meet and greet on arrival to our villa, this enables you ask any questions and concerns you might have during your stay, your hosts are only ever a phone call away. Baby- sitting service available Nespresso machine(pods not provided )but equivalent available from Lidls in Spain Outside: The property is walled with electric gates set in mature and secluded gardens and is not overlooked. Large private pool with steps leading into pool, making it more accessible for children. There is a covered bar area with seating ,gas BBQ (gas supplied), fridge, overlooking the pool, Two terraces by the pool with comfortable sun beds with electric awning should the sun become too much. There is an under cover area with dining table and chairs, and comfortable settee and chairs overlooking the pool. Pool and garden is maintained weekly normally on a Friday,guests must allow gardeners into property as the pool must be cleaned and maintained and the garden taken care of. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board/ iron Maid service available at a cost Cleaning,towels and linen provided, beach towels are not provided. Villa cleaned before arrival and on departure.Hairdryers provided.

Fantastic Villa that made our holiday perfect.

What a marvellous Villa. It had everything you could possibly need. Adele has made this much more than a Villa holiday, it was definitely home from home. Beautiful furniture in every room, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen and outside was just perfect with the large pool, barbeque and bar and alfresco dining area. The Villa definitely exceeded all our expectations.

Chris and Tina are just lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Adele was very helpful and responded quickly to all our requests from the start of the booking process to the end of the holiday. Thank you all very much.

We hope to visit again and highly recommend this villa.

Superb!!

This is a truly wonderful villa – very spacious (it easily accommodated the three generations of us who were staying), very well-appointed and well-equipped on the inside, and with gorgeous furnishings and furniture throughout. All four bedrooms are very comfortable, both bathrooms are lovely and are finished to a high standard, the two joined living room areas are also lovely (especially the two huge armchairs!) and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want in a holiday house. There was tea and coffee available, as well as some other cupboard essentials like olive oil.

The outside area is even better than the inside! The pool is of a great size and was in frequent use by the six of us who stayed here (especially our four-year-old twin girls who just loved it so much!), the outside seating areas are also great (we ate outside every day) and the gardens are beautiful and well looked after.

The setting is simply idyllic – so peaceful and quiet yet only a couple of minutes’ drive to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc and the main AP-7 road. It is only 15 minutes’ drive to the airport as well. We enjoyed a memorable visit to the Butterfly Park which is only a few minutes’ drive away.

Adele is a great host – very friendly, extremely prompt with all communication, both by email and by phone, and a joy to deal with from beginning to end.

Tina and Chris, the housekeepers, were exceptionally helpful and friendly and checked in with us during the week to ensure everything was ok, which it certainly was.

We spent a very memorable week here and hope to be back again!

Beautiful villa, garden and pool - a home from home!

Beautiful house with all the space needed for our family of seven. Well equipped, with all ages catered for. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Plenty to see and do round about and hiring a car is not necessary as buses and taxis are very cheap. Local supermarkets also within walking distance. An amazing experience for our children's first trip abroad and we hope to come back again soon - thank you Adele!!

Fabulous !!

Fabulous from the first to last. Adele, Chris and Tina all made great efforts to ensure our stay was a good as it could be. The villa was amazing, well maintained and very clean and we loved the outside area with pool, don't think we sat indoors once as the weather was so fabulous too. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the BBQ area and pool were well used by our group. Nothing was too much effort - the recommended car hire company delivered the car to our door - really good due to the hilly walk to shops and restaurants etc. We all wanted to stay longer. Chris and Tina were really friendly meet n greeters and we appreciated their kindness on departure day. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome.

A security deposit of £300 is due 2 weeks before arrival and refunded within 1 week of you arriving home providing there has been no damage or breakages
Once you have booked i will email a contract to you with all the information you need and your housekeepers details who look after you during your stay as they will be meeting you at the villa upon your arrival
